Do you miss Hawkins?
I've found myself really missing the Hawkins map recently. I think it's because of the reworks and new looks to maps, nothing feels like the "old dbd" anymore if that makes sense. Does anyone else miss the map?

I hated it, and I still hate it

I miss it. It was always my favourite map, and I've been bummed to see it go since day one.
The new maps are great visually, though, it has nothing to do with "old DBD".

I miss Hawkins.
It had a good atmosphere to it, what it lacked in strong tiles it had a bunch of structures you could mindgame or waste a killers time in if played correctly
Always a shame to lose content from a game you like really ๐

Every day I wake up next to my Hawkins National Laboratory body pillow and cry.

not really the layout was bad and pallet design was awful

Really want to try Onryo on it

No, a lot of people don't know how to play on that map.

Only for jump scare Mikey.

I do miss it.

It was one of my favorite maps and I regret it every time I play. This regret is accentuated with each map rework. The visual aspect that made me appreciate DBD no longer exists at all. More haze. Everything is lit and bright. No more atmosphere. Hawkins really had a great one.
We don't have any more maps per chapter and now we're totally losing some.

Not until I started playing scratched mirror Michael.

As killer? I miss it.
As survivor? I don't miss it.

Nope, they should delete more maps.

Not. At. All.

Couldn't have been deleted faster.

I kind of do, I kind of don't. It wasn't one of my favorite maps to play on, but I liked the aesthetic of the map and the little references to the show.

I miss it I don't like thing taken out of the game and I like indoor maps.

I miss it. My main issue with Hawkins was performance issues seemed bit worse but that happens with any indoor map. Other than performance issues I enjoyed that map.

yes, i liked it on both sides. hated it when i was a new survivor, though. it seemed pretty killer sided.
but the more I played Hawkins, and the better I got at the game, my enjoyment of Hawkins improved significantly. Basic things like don't do Portal Gen or Upstairs Gen until later, play the catwalks, that sort of thing.

Those narrow corridors were made for phantasm traps. May Hag heaven rest in peace.

Yea I miss it, I generally don't like in-door maps although Hawkins was the best. Lots of unsafe pallets but also a lot of them which you could chain together. It had really unique tiles/loops you don't see on other maps (with the railings).
Also remember it had a secret room that teased the EGC (I believe), so that was cool.
I'd be sad to see any content or map go though. Even RPD. In fact I think I'm starting to like RPD now that I'm very familiar with the layout.

I miss not having another alternative to swamp maps.
So kinda?
2 -
No lol, I wouldn't miss any indoor map

Absolutely. As an avid DbD player and Stranger Things fan. Big loss. One of the most unique maps we ever had.

No. I didn't really disliked it more than other maps but I don't miss it.
I wouldn't miss any map.

so yes, i miss the map a lot

It was a pain learning to blind-blink to every narrow space and it felt very rewarding after that.
Kind of a waste now.
I kind of miss the place.

I didn't always enjoy playing Hawkins but I do miss it. Having content removed in general just sucks.

Always sad if content gets removed.
But I will not miss Hawkins. I really disliked the Map. I only liked it as my go-to Map for those "Break X Pallets and Generator"-Challenges, because you dont need to break most of the Pallets right away and there are enough to make good progress for the Challenge.
But other than that, I never liked to be on this map with either role.

The map was awful. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I miss it. It had good atmosphere, looked really cool. And Nemesis's zombies were OP there.
