Gotta love when people do it
Switching to flashlights last second and what do I do as killer simple I lobby dodge last second you wanna be a jerk okay I'll be a jerk by making you wait longer. People will probably say your a killer you have lightborn and Franklin's simple that's not the point the point is don't last second switched.

Nice. Screw them.

your a killer you have lightborn and Franklin's
That'd be a silly thing to say, as the whole point of last-second switching is to deny the killer a chance to equip either of those perks. Most killers won't keep one of those equipped because they'd rather have something useful.
I'm not most killers. I keep Lightborn on at all times, and I have had survivors with flashlights disconnect the moment they couldn't blind me.

And lose their items and possibly become salty messaging saying your using an OP perk still don't get why people complain about Lightborn there are other items to use and two of them (keys and maps) are barely used by anyone.

Luckily I've got enough experience against those kinds of squads to handle them. Usually it ends up with a bunch of survivors getting to play "lie here on the floor and think about what you've done" simulator

On the one hand, flashlights are actually bad items in the sense that if they’re going for saves all the time they’re not doing gens. Plus you can often avoid flashlights by just looking at a wall when you pick up and being aware of survivors possibly nearby on a down. So dodging flashlighters is kind of like dodging a game you might win.
On the other hand I wish the game would just hide the survivors and killer from each other in the lobby so people would stop with the nonsense of last second switches. Nearly every match at least one person waits the full minute to start it for some reason, it’s really annoying, and item switching to “fool the killer’ is one of the reasons it happens.

You are wasting a prime opportunity to abuse the survivors without them doing gens.
These kind of squads are, by far one of the easiest ones to beat and have fun doing it. Drop one survivor. Hit the other one hiding nearby. Rinse and repeat until everyone is slugged at 5 gens.
