"Disconnected from host" should not result in a matchmaking ban

As title says. Network connection and other devices still work perfectly fine when this error happens. It's on Behaviour's end.

    How are they supposed to see the difference from the host perspective between someone that leaves the match with the "leave match" button, someone that alt+f4, someone that unplugs his ethernet cable and someone that gets disconnected because of any other reason?

    If the host gets down, I see a simple solution, but if there's a problem in between you and the host, there's no way they can tell the cause of the issue.
