has anyone managed to make the new hemorrhage work?

half the lobbies i run into at least 2 people have medkits on them. and more than 2/3rds of my matches match has at least one COH.
and outside of maybe the twins (and tbf i already run broken effects perks and addons for them), i can't really notice a difference in people being injured longer or interrupting people. when they can run away and heal themselves off.

It rarely does much, you don't really interrupt healing that often.

Ya sadly there isnt really a counter to coh it made half the killers pretty useless. Only way to counter it is the one shot killers or ones that do broken like plague.

I'd say it mostly discouraged healing under the hook, which is already something they shouldn't be doing.

I'm doing exceptionally well with Gift of Pain and Bird Lady.

Sadako with Sloppy is going pretty well too

I imagine Nurse’s would combo well with it. I don’t see that perk much as of late.

As far as actual heal regression is concerned I haven't noticed a difference; I'm rarely interrupted while healing nor am I interrupting survivors healing very often.
On the survivor side it has just become a bit of an eye-roll and sigh moment because it takes longer. Which is also why I run some kind of heal-speed up. Be that a med-kit, we'll make it or botany.
I'm also not entirely sure how it's meant to be gotten "to work", like, what are the expectations?

The new Hemmorrhage could be good if you had a build based around it.
A Nurse's Calling, Barbecue And Chili, Scourge Hook: Gift Of Pain and Scourge Hook: Floods Of Rage with Thorny Nest on Artist could potentially work, but I've yet to test it out myself

I haven't tested the new Hemorrhage yet. But I'm I've cocked by it as a survivor many many times xd

Yeah, this really isn't something that will happens much. When people heal, they generally don't stop.

For giggles, I tried a game with Sloppy, Bloodhound and Nurses (and BBQ... 'cos points!)
It worked well enough, tracking the survivors was fairly easy, and I was usually close enough to see where they were trying to heal with Nurses. The downside is that it encouraged tunnelling, because you have to follow the blood. If you let them get away and heal up, then your build is useless.
So I usually had two injured at any one time... the person off the hook, and whoever rescued. I'd chase and hook the rescuer, at which point the person who was unhooked usually hadn't finished healing so I was able to re-chase them.
Repeat until all survivors are dead (or in my case, one stayed out, healed up, found a key and got the hatch)

You are the only person that remembered gift of pain existed.

So far the only good testing i've had with it is with hit and run wraith. Which to me seems like its much more viable after the change. Nurses sloppy. I applied constant pressure and was able to keep them injured the majority of the match. However against the top or swfs I'm not sure it can compete with med kits and coh. It will still be much better then it was before the change. I'm looking forward to testing it with other killers. Next up is oni, which I always used sloppy on.

ive been having ok luck with Sloppy on Sadako. Feels like it pairs alright with her good iri

Sloppy butcher has so much potential. Its just tied to a really frustrating clause. Sloppy could shine on killers like legion, huntress, etc. But thats more of an issue with basic attack clauses.

Yes, Hit and run wraith is going well
As well as Twins with Needle and sloppy butcher, plus good ole forced penance
No real use on legion since survivors chose not to heal most of the time.

Eh... I feel like most of the hemorrhage value is an illusion. Simply because you don't interrupt healing that much anyways. When you do see a survivor healing and you're interrupting them, you're usually going to commit to the chase anyways which defeats the entire purpose of the effect in the first place.
If you're commiting to a chase, your intention is to down them... So what's the point of them losing healing progress?
I would argue it comes in handy the most when you're interrupting survivors who are healing each other, but those days are pretty much gone since CoH became a thing.

I feel like sloppy butcher only really works when you play with hit and run killers or high mobility killers.
Although, CoH can sort of be a "blessing" when you run sloppy/nurse's because survivors will most likely retreat to the boon to heal and you can seem them and interrupt them. It kind of becomes a hotspot where you know you probably will catch survivors off guard, as long as you find where they placed it.

With nurse its S tier!!!!!

in fact this perk has a huge psychological effect, especially on SoloQ and high mobility killers.
You might think that the perk doesn't do much because you don't see yourself interrupting the survivors' healing. But behind the scenes, when survivor hears the TR of the killer approaching, he/she stops the heal and hides.

It's pretty nice against medkits, especially if they only have 1 heal left in them. Interrupt them for any amount of time at all and they can't finish the heal, so it'll regress back to 0 anyway.

I've actually had some decent success with it on Artist and Doctor.
On Artist I already use Pain Res, so I figured I'd try it with Gift of Pain and it worked decently well when I could interrupt the healing (and still got some benefit out of it when I couldn't due to Gift of Pain).
On Doctor I went with Sloppy + BBQ, and between the aura reading of BBQ, the tracking of Static Blast, and locking people out of being able to heal with Tier 3 Madness I interrupted quite a few heals after survivors had invested considerable time.
Though, to be fair, there was no CoH in any of the handful of games I tried this.
