I was doing a great job looping the killer, buying time for my team, and someone who's supposed to be my teammate blocks the way for me so that the killer can get me.
Can I report something like this? And if yes pls giveme instructions how.

Yes, that's reportable. It's happened to me too. Same exact map BTW. The exit gate was powered to 99% and an Ace decided to just stand there shaking his head until the Killer downed me. Somehow I managed to crawl out.

Personally I wouldn't bother with an entire report about that. It's rare that happens. Take it with a grain of salt and move on.

To my eyes, this is the worst crime in the game.
Yes, worse than cheating. The cheater ruins the game for everybody but, in his corrupted way, "helps" the team.
These kind of stains ruin the game and are traitors to their team.
Both must be banned forever.

in 2500+ hours I have had a couple survs do this, and every time, I let the sandbagged one live and kill the sandbagger.
Funniest time, was the innocent came to the hook as I camped the sandbagger and I let them teabag the sandbagger until death.
Great times tbh. When killers and survs bond, my heart warms a little and grows like the Grinch.

that's oddly very defensive for a simple request to see if you did something to annoy that survivor

Maybe it is cause they are still pissed at what happened to them? Cause I would also write like that after getting griefed like that.
At worst they probably did something stupid that caused the Cybil to go down, but that doesn't mean that the Cybil can now freely work with the killer (which is the point of this post, to ask if this is bannable), especially with a game that looks more than winnable (2 gens remaining, 3 hooks total spread out across 3 survivors including the Élodie).
