How fun is to play againts the Nurse for you?

Where would you put her on a tierlist based on your fun? Also if she uses good add-ons (range and recharge blink) does it effect your rating as well?

    Never encounter them, really.

She's my favourite to go against. Chases are just different and change is good sometimes

I just put down the controller and go take a poo. She's scary. J/K it's usually a fun challenge, but I usually don't save survivors after gates are open. To risky.

It depends on what they're using. In general, I don't mind going against Nurse, but starstruck/infectious nurse on midwich and MYC/floods of rage nurse almost instantly makes her not fun anymore.

Range is mildly annoying (especially now since it's still bugged), I don't really mind if they use recharge. Not that I really ever see anything else besides those since almost everything else is either not very good or straight up detrimental.

Nurse is my favorite and least favorite killer to play against.

If she's mediocre, like not bad, but also not good, I love chases with them.

If she's a God, ima just go cry in the corner

Always fun to face. True mindgames instead of running in circles.

Very fun, they're usually the ones who don't feel the need to bring the same 4 meta perks every game as well.

They're not fun to go against, but I can recognize when they're actually good nurses and not boosted garbo. For example, when they kick our ass while not running stacked slowdowns. Rare sights

Awh man I sure love a killer that ignores everything I do. That's a sign of amazing game design right there.

I find her fun though it really depends on her quality and build.

If she's really good and running full slowdown it isn't fun. Add-ons don't bother me because every Nurse runs the same add-ons.

    • Double Range
    • Range + Recharge

So long as it isn't the build above then I really enjoy the games.

I try to play the game even tho I really don’t wanna be in the match. It’s so satisfying looping a god tier Nurse for such an long time, that counts for me as win for that match! :)

Facing nurse is always the best part of the game, you have to play differently then against other killers.

Which, for me at least, is the most fun, especially when it's a good nurse.

Seeing what i can do and can't do against her, how long i can make the chase last.

    Very fun.

Even against highly skilled Nurses, its cool to see somebody playing a killer that is legitimately hard to play and doing well. I commend them for that.

I hate going against Nurse with all of my being. It used to be fun before MMR when I would sometimes get baby nurses but now every Nurse I go against is a god and it's just not fun in the slightest.

Easily the worst killer to go against. Doesn't matter what kind of counterplay you indulge in if your team of randos drop like flies. Solo queue was objectively better for the short amount of time she was taken out of the game.

The last few nurses have been horrible games. I even played against Sluzzy and while I did have to leave a couple of times in the game to take care of something personal, I did return for the part when it was just downing people going for unhooks lmao. Also I got a bot that was playing nurse teleporting through walls while caring a survivor.

As was stated first, Nurses are either going to be god tier or someone just learning, you don't get a lot of the in between. If they are god tier its exhilarating, just absolutely terrifying. More about how long can you last before the inevitable, but still fun.

If they're new then I'll try to get into chases with them and help them learn how to get used to blinking and won't LoS them too much.

It depends. Mostly it's fun because you really have to think outside the box to counter her efficiently

    Pretty fun.

Unless she's trying to win via 4-man slug, which only seems to happen when I have dailies to unhook people as a specific character.

I like versing Nurse very much. Everywhere is a mindgame, a chess match. I concede that this may be biased by the fact that I see nurses 1 out of every 6 to 10 matches. If it was much more frequent my view might change.

    C tier

Nurse is fun to play against depending on the map and perks

A nurse on midwich is just not fun

A nurse with infectious fright is just not fun to play against

I always get bad latency against her.

I swear she has a jousting spear or sword because all of her lunges "hit" me even when she's far away on my screen.

Very fun, they usually lead to fun chases as it is all about mindgames and are unique to each player, and they usually don't need to tunnel or camp to win.

I always have fun against nurse or playing as her, as survivor I'm just gaining distance and breaking LOS with unpredictable running patterns when Im in pubs but in a kyf I do with other nurse mains where we trade off playing killer I've been running head on because nurse can't search a locker at the end of blink and the fatigue gives enough time for activation lol kind of a troll move I do to see if I can keep the chase going and get away with it against a good player which sometimes I get away but sometimes I'm eating grass lol

Nothing brings me greater joy than versing a player who is a better pilot of Suzie than I am.

Come, teach me how to more easily defile survivors.

Zero fun. IDK what happened as of late. I used to always appreciate a good nurse. Now I no longer do. I think it may be because the game is now flooded with a lot of gawd tier nurse players who can land a hit on almost every blink. It’s like no matter how unpredictable you try to be while breaking line of sight, they’re one step ahead. They know your next move before you do, and that’s what’s so baffling & frustrating about playing against them. You can have 5 options, and they’ll always position themselves to have those 5 covered & guess right nearly every time. Watching some of them stream and call out good loopers is truly amazing. Like I literally feel my eyes open wide and I’m like: “how the F did he call that out and predict it??!! The survivor could have went in 5 different directions!”

So yea, no fun at all.

It really depends on the map for me on rather or not it’s enjoyable on Midwich please end me

Tip: a lot of those reads have to do with where a survivor's head is looking. A survivor is going to double back 90% of the time when they're looking back at the Nurse when she charges her blink. It's just a matter of timing it up. And a survivor will almost always hold W if they're looking straight ahead.

The real demons are the ones who mix it up and manipulate the distance in such a way that you're always forced into long 50/50 chain blinks to land hits

I enjoy it because they need to more or less be perfect to down me compared to most other killers that will eventually catch you regardless of how well you do. Good Nurse are obviously slightly frustrating to play against as they are more consistent, but it always feels earned at least.

Average nurse is ok to go against. Most aren't very good and will make plenty of mistakes. You at least feel like you have a chance. A sweaty nurse is not fun to go against because they all play like they have a family member's life on the line. You're probably going to spend half the game on the ground. They run starstruck, infectious fright, agitation, etc and will never fall for mind games. They're probably going to send you to Midwich or the game as well.

If she has range then no fun.

If she has double recharge then very fun.

If the Nurse lands where you are going, it's probably because you are giving some cues or you display a specific pattern. Maybe you play like some other survivors that the Nurse has already versed and she expects you to have the same kind of reactions. Most often than not, it works. Typically, you think you are choosing a random path but your body or head tells exactly what you'll do next.

The same mind-game where you fake a vault can be used against the Nurse. You look at her while going around a corner, you see where she is looking at. If she looks at the corner, she might expect you to double back. If she looks further from you she may expect you to enter a building or going in a straight line along the wall ... or she may fake her intent to push you where she wants. You have to evaluate her the same way she does you.

One suggestion always applies : try to play the Nurse. If you know how to play her (not even win, just the feel) you'll get a better insight at what she does.

depends on her skill level & their build

if the nurse is really good or really bad, then no. or if shes running quad slowdown with range/recharge, very unfun.

  • Lynxx

Not really fun. They usually fall into two categories either can't play nurse and are easy to evade, or godlike nurse who downs you and you have no recourse unless you have dead hard to make yourself last for a few more seconds.

Either one is not fun to versus for me.

Against good nurses stealth is usually most effective, but how fun is that - not very. So again, nurse means just get the match over as fast as possible to me.

Pretty unfun if the nurse is good (double recharge addons makes his counterplay almost non-existent)

can be fun if the nurse is average or pretty bad( but boring if she cant land a single hit)
