This is an issue I see with fighting game cosmetics lately as well.
Cosmetics should never make one character look like another. In FGs it can mess with someone's reactions and increase input hesitation, in DBD it can cause the killer to accidentally go for a survivor they don't intend to. Already hard enough keeping track when people use the same character/cosmetic. Just adds yet another thing to keep track of ("That nea that just got unhooked and might have DS is actually the Meg.")
Pairs extra poorly with the hook counter system.

I'm pretty sure that's not in the full outfit, so why is it there? That is going to bug me if I decide to wear this head with any other shirts that don't cover it.

1.) This totally should be fixed, it looks unintentional
2.) Gotta love that in other forum posts community members are begging for cosmetics like this to remain - clipping and texture issues regardless. I just saw a discussion about it the other day where they said it was better to have these kinds of issues than Legendary outfits.
