Another Chapter 24 Teaser

Same breakdown as last time, top right we have another house plan, this time with a section circled. Same desk as before, but this time on it is a leaflet:
- Top left it says "e EDEN Joy", judging by other parts we can infer this is The Garden Of Joy, possibly new map name?
- Beneath that "AY DOWN/UR ROOTS", possibly "lay down your roots"
- Beneath that is a house, probably the same one we have a house plan for.
- Middle top and right top share an image of what seems to be an abandoned garden with some life in there if the sheets are anything to go by, but it's stamped as "Famile Friendly!"
- Middle lower it says "The healing power of nature is yours to discover"
- "Let your body and spirit be replenished. Upon discovering a quiet paradise enriched by nature's splendor, a brilliant man had a vision." / "A place removed from dark thought and moral corruption, where potential could truly prosper. A place where families could lead lives of filfilment, where children could flourish." / "Welcome to the Garden of Joy, where utopia is a state of mind.
- Right lower it says "Available now!"
- "Experience a remannt of history." / "Fully furnished homes." / "A thriving community awaits." / "Enter the fold today!"
My theory:
- The killer is someone from the Garden of Joy who was far less... utopian, than expected.
- Survivor will be Haddie, taken after The Entity notices her snooping around a little too much.
- If we get a new map, which seems likely, it'll either be known as "The Garden Of Joy" or that will be the Realm name

it seems to be a very lore-related chapter (like blight/twins were) so i assume it could be more about black vale + pariahs

i dont think bhvr have confirmed if it will/wont be original or licenced but considering "garden of joy" we can guess original

This is definitely looking like an original killer for the chapter.

Looks to me like the manor is the main building while another major landmark could be a greenhouse (perhaps killer shack will be stylized in this way) I also suspect that we could see apple trees, tomato bushes and pumpkin patches. Maybe the exit gates will have little vines around the leaver with little flowers on them. What do you think?
