I KNOW, I KNOW. Jeff the Killer, really? I know. But before judging, please, I invite you to read this thread and give your opinion at the end.

NEW KILLER: THE CUT

"I felt the true terror that night. Never in my life had I seen anything like it: That person gave off an aura brimming with thirst for blood. However, what terrified me the most was its appearance. On his back he looked like a normal teenager. I thought it would be another lost soul in this hell, but when he turned to feel my presence, I discovered that he was hell. His pale face was desecrated by two huge cuts that ran from his cheeks to his mouth. His eyelids were burned, and his wide-eyed eyes watched me with malice. I felt that I was going to die in that moment and in that place when he rushed at me. I could feel his madness in every inch of his body, but a strong headache caused him to stop to recover, allowing me to get away from him".

Story: A strong trauma is capable of destroying any trace of sanity in your mind. That's what happened to Jeffrey Woods the day he arrived at his new home. Jeffrey felt his first urge to murder when, newly arrived, he had to face some thugs who assaulted his brother. This mishap caused his brother to end up carrying the guilt, putting him in jail instead.
But that was only the start. During a birthday party, Jeffrey was cornered by the thugs and they burned his face with gasoline and bleach. Jeffrey, with the adrenaline through the clouds due to the pain, murdered the thugs like a maniac.
Jeffrey's face was whitened by bleach and his eyelids were burned, but he did not care. His madness made him look beautiful.
One night, his mother found him cutting his face. Two huge cuts slashed his face. Jeffrey, immersed in his madness, murdered his parents and left very badly wounded his brother, who had just come out of prison. After this, he fled from home and began a series of serial murders, being nicknamed as "Jeff the killer".
One night, after murdering a woman, he ran to a leafy forest to get drunk. But he found an unpleasant surprise. A creature with large tentacles stalked him. Jeff confronted her, but it was useless. The creature washed his brain. A strong statistic left Jeff unconscious. When he woke up, he was still in the forest. But something was different, something seemed to have changed. He felt a presence, but not that of the creature, but something even worse. He looked around and could see disoriented people walking through the forest, one of them was really familiar. It was time to send them to sleep.

Description: A mad murderer able to pursue his prey in a very dangerous way and to hunt them stealthily thanks to his Madness. His unique perks, Edge, Killer instinct and Go to sleep allow him to perform faster when chasing and attacking without being heard from the survivors and executing them when they are about to escape.

Power: Madness Your strong traumas drive you crazy and provoke you to a strong desire to kill no matter what happens.
·By activating your power, you scream loudly, making them hear it from anywhere on the map and causing your terror radius to increase considerably.
·Once activated and for 15 seconds, your speed increases moderately and your Lunge increases slightly.
·While activated, you can jump windows and pallets at the same speed as survivors do.
·While it is activated, you recover slightly faster from the successful hits and wrong ones you make.
·While activated, you recover slightly faster from the stuns.
·Each time you hit a survivor while it is activated, its duration decreases by 2 seconds.
·Once the time has passed, you look stunned for a few seconds, covering your face and preventing you from seeing. After this, and for another 15 seconds, your terror radio will decrease to 0, your speed will decrease slightly and your Lunge will also decrease.

PERKS:

Being able to use it again has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds. The cooldown starts once the effects are finished. You will not be able to use your power while this perk is active.
-Go to sleep: Do not escape. You can not let them escape. An inhuman force invades you when you feel your prey will escape. BEYOND THE OUTPUT DOORS, your speed increases slightly / moderately / considerably and you recover 30/40/50% faster from the attacks successfully.
At level 2: Your blows will automatically knock down the survivors beyond the exit doors.
At level 3: You can execute the survivors who are in agonizing state if they are beyond the exit doors or 5 meters from the hatch.

NEW SURVIVOR: LIU WOODS

Story: Liu's nightmare began the night he was almost killed by his brother. During his stay at the hospital, Liu met a nurse named Susan with whom he had a beautiful relationship. Liu loved Susan with all her soul and would do anything for her, including killing anyone who dared to hurt her.
However, his trauma due to his brother's attack caused him a tremendous rage against him, swearing that he would kill him if he ever saw him again. And this happened on the night when, after asking Susan for marriage, her own brother slaughtered her neck in front of his eyes. After making fun of Liu, his brother ran into a leafy forest that was on the outskirts of the city. Liu, impotent, but full of anger, went to the forest to look for his brother and kill him.
Once there, something strange happened. He felt a strong static in his head that made him lose consciousness, awakening later in what would be his nightmare.

Description: A vengeful brother capable of surviving anything. With his unique perks, Fast Repair, Friendly Entity and Sixth Sense can increase your chances of locating and escaping the killer.

PERKS:
-Fast Repair: Your ability to escape after achieving your goals increases. From 20 meters, you will gain 1/2/3% repair speed for each meter that the killer is near you. Also, if you finish repairing the engine when the killer is less than that distance from you, you will gain a 5-second sprint that ignores if you are in a state of Exhaustion. Produces Exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds.
-Friendly Entity: Because in your past you have felt murderous impulses, the entity has been interested in you. Increase by 1/2/3 times the number of times you can skip a window before the entity blocks it.
-Sixth Sense: A better observation of the environment allows you to be more attentive to everything. Slightly / moderately / considerably increase your range of vision (The camera moves away from the survivor, making it possible to see more things on the screen).

NEW MAP:
The Forest (Zone: Industrial bathrooms)
Story: The old forest is a dark place completely closed to the public. For a long time, many people who entered it were never seen again. Many people who did manage to leave, claimed to have seen a strange elongated figure that stalked them and caused them a severe headache. A truly frightening place.

Killer power, the jumping of windows and pallets make it too broken, basically with this you can down a survivor in with each use, and 35 seconds of cooldown is not enough to balance something like that. If you take that jumping thing then it probably would be pretty good. Also the stun time would be better with an exact time, like 5 seconds for example.

First killer perk, you are talking about something like the old "save the best for the last" or something like that, the old myers perk that was used on everything and gor nerfed?

Second killer perk, put insidious and beast of prey together and used at will? yeah, balanced.

Third killer perk, actually i have no problems with this, but i would take out the down in one hit and the kill options.

First survivor perk, the repair speed is slower than the spinechill bonus, as for the sprint, if you were repairing till the gen was finished most probably you can already use sprint, unless you just finished the last bit of the gen, either way it's not worth imo.

Second and third survivor perks, good ideas.

I assume the Doc's putting you into Madness. If not, you're a killer who's just been blinded at a pallet for the umpteenth time in a gen-rush 5-minute cheat-with-friends match.

The power is a great deal intersting. I love the idea of having a trade off: Letting survivors know where you are, for an increase in vaulting speed, lunge, and Terror Radius. The speed increase might be a little much, as, when in a chase, You can use it and get a guarenteed hit. It is a very interesting idea with potential as well. Go to Sleep seems a little too similar to NOED, with little differences. Perhaps make it so your attacks have little to no cooldown when outside the gates? That would be incentive to get out as well. Overall, this is an incredible idea.

Fun ideas but friendly entity seems like it can be easily abused. Keep up with the ideas though.

The idea is neat, but I think the whole creepy pasta thing shouldn’t be in dead by daylight. Just my thought though, not sure what the dbd team would do anyways. Nice job though.

Seven months later, this killer was made. Only that instead of Jeff is called Legion. With this you can see that developers do take a look at the ideas of the community.
