Very tempted to say Pyramid Head...definitely between him and Nemesis, with Cenobite falling in a bit behind.

    Nemesis.

He has so good chase power. He is eating pallets like breakfast.

I don't know, i am Resident Evil fan boy. Maybe i am just blind cuz that but i am winning my most games with Nemesis.

That's a difficult question. The majority of early history licenced killers are relatively middle tier, but do have parts of gameplay they excel at.

Pyramid Head has an advantage with his power in that it doesn't take 3 hits to down someone and it can go through walls. However, you do get punished quite a bit if you miss.

Nemisis needs to build up his power and needs to get at most three hits to down with his power. While it can't go through walls, you can use it faster and get less of a penalty for missing. Also, once you get to t2 of his power you can shred through pallets like no other killer.

Both also have built in info tracking for their powers with the trails and zombies. Personal preference for me is Nemisis, but that's just because I find it easier to hit survivors with the tentacle and I like the added randomness of the zombies.

For me, definitely pyramid head. His 1 vs 1 is so powerful, he can actually bully even skilled survivors, assuming you have learned how to play him effectively.

Nemesis is close but the extra steps to be able to harm the survivors with his power, plus their ability to reset it puts him at a disadvantage.

    Cenobite.

For me it's that plus his ability to ignore DS that puts him at the top.

This is a thread asking about the most powerful, not the least powerful. Lol.

I think Dorito head.Although I think i saw some numbers a couple months ago that said cenobite had the highest over all kill rate of all the killers, not just licensed.

From my POV, here's the list:

Pyramid Head - Strong 1v1 and can deny most of the strongests survivors perks currently (DS and BT), so he's a tunneling machine.

Cenobite - Easily the best 1v4 in the game, if you know where the cube will spawn and keep chain hunt going, you will just win most of your matches.

Nemesis/Demogorgon - Nemesis has a decent anti-loop and 1v3 pressuere, but Demo also has a solid anti-loop and instead of having a passive like Nemesis (Zombies), he has a good map mobility, so they're a both in the same spot.

Bubba,Myers,Pig,GF,Freddy - Meh, they're all have weakness like maps with a lot of LOS (Line of Sight), Pallets, Windows, RNG or just the size of the map (basically, everything that you don't have control of it) itself makes them bad.

Sadako - ...We don't talk about her, please. Nothing on her kit works, nothing. Easily the worst killer in the game currently in my opinion.

Nemesis is the strongest out of all the normies but it gets hard to say when you start looking at the supernatural killers. I'd say that Pin Head is stronger than Pyramid on the grounds that Pyramid serves a servant of "god" (If I'm remembering correctly) while I believe Pin Head is a direct servant of his god.

I think Pyramid Head since he has good antiloop power and a way to save time and dodge some meta perks.

Then we have Bubba as pallet eating machine that can instadown and Cenobite since he has good slowdown and most teams aren't prepared for him.

And then maybe Nemesis since he is pallet eating machine.

That's because more people that play DBD are bad at it than good at it, and Cenobite is going to eat poor and inexperienced teams alive. Since the Cenobite player doesn't need to be aces with the turn rate addons to do some crazy chain trick shots against them. They can just put the portal right behind the survivor and hit them firing in a straight line.

Pyramid head can hard tunnel if you use your trails correctly.

    Pinhead for me.

This guy is a pressure cooker if you're good at using his chain for anti-loop and have good M1 killer skills.

Cenobite because if he sacrifices James in a trial then Pyramid Head dies along with him, leaving only Pinhead as the top PH.

    Pinhead and then Bubba.
