So i can't play dbd in the mornings anymore cuz i've been busy, i can only play in the evenings. So i sit down to play some survivor in the evenings (cuz i don't wanna deal with the stress of playing killer) and man those queue times are a joke, having to wait an average of 5 mins to find a match is so boring. I'm on the Asia server. So i'm often forced to close dbd and play something else. Thanks Behavior for trashing the killer experience so much that there are rarely any killers left to entertain your beloved survivors. The COH nerf and Legion buff were just desperation moves to bring your killer players back, but it certainly isn't enough lol.

There are definitely whiny killers, but if you think there aren’t just as many whiny survivors then go count how many threads complain about “tunneling”, a worthless buzzword that boils down to “I’m mad I got downed twice in a row.”

You didn't play Vs the same survivors I faced then. Nearly every match I get death threats to me and my whole family because I dared winning a match.

I try to play killer at night, but games are rough. I don't mind losing, but losing every game isn't fun either. I tend to play killer more in the mornings on the weekends as I feel it's more balanced... I win some... I lose some. Queues for survivors are long due to more people playing survivor. I mean once I lose too many at night, I switch to survivor as well.

I don't know what the devs did, but I have been having a blast playing both Killer and Survivor yesterday and today. Almost every single game feels extremely balanced. I know I'll wake up tomorrow to 3 tunneling Nurses, but I'm just happy and I'm having a good time for once <3

Tbh, who can blame killers for not wanting to play killer? Survivors trash talk and haunt them on their profiles. To tell them what terrible human beings they are, for daring to play killer. Or they tell them to uninstall and play minecraft.
Then, when they actually do as advised...

I still have more fun playing killer than survivor if we're being real about it and not because survivor is hard but because it's boring, killer really isn't hard either in my opinion it's just more interactive and I have more to keep up with, I feel like I'm actually playing a game when I play killer, unlike survivor where I can literally eat a snack while I'm playing because if I'm not getting chased I'm holding m1 on a gen and my skill check button is on my mouse too because it's got 15 buttons so I can literally just sit there one handed and repair a gen if I wanted.

Right now the devs did nothing. Mmr is still the same. They claimed they change it silently once in a while but I think it's mostly a matter of luck. For example mondays are always literally unplayable for me. I just face tryharding SWF the whole day.

It still seems to let a survivor heal themselves and can be constantly lit over and over. hmmmm
I see they made a perk to break totems that nobody will ever take. Perhaps that is so they can finger point and protect their baby instead of admitting they were wrong?

maybe give 150K BP to killer who is in queue and give another 150K BP after they finish a at least 3 minutes game.

I came expecting a plea for help for survivors - especially those in solo queue. Then I remembered it’s the official DbD forums, and even what is guised as a survivor post is still killer-sided.

how queue time work
if you having long queue times as survivor mean a lot of people are not playing killer no matter the MMR
same as if killer have long queue times means there are not a lot of survivors playing
when the new killer comes out you bet there going to be long queue times for killer for about a week or 2
when it comes to the MMR it don't matter because it don't work anyways a skilled survivor is much different then a skilled killer
a skilled survivor will always win against skilled killer.

That's because survivors rarely need to plea for help. The devs always favour them in every way lol, since they are a majority of the player base.

I have the same experience. My games playing as killer during off-peak times are far more balanced and enjoyable. It might be one or two 2-man SWF, but not the constant 3-4 man SWF I get during peak times (evenings)

More people play killer in the mornings and afternoons because they don’t like playing survivor alone.
More people play survivor in the evenings to play with friends.
There’s no mystery about the queue times, this is just known.

CoH is still overpowered if used by smart teams/SWFs and Dead Hard pretty much makes the game unplayable for any m1 killer. Gentimes in general are far too short, all it takes is 2 people being genjockeys to finish all five of them in just 5 minutes while two other survivors waste the killer's time with broken map design, bodyblocking and nonstop DH abuse. The killer experience is downright miserable.

Yep, can confirm dead hard shuts down all the killers I want to play as (Legion,Pig,Ghostface), so I uninstalled again after trying to play again for a week. There are parts of this game I want to love, but its so unbalanced and so unrewarding and so so unfulfilling to play the killer right now.

The secret to CoH is to only use it at a spot where the killer doesn't want to be, for instance next to a finished generator or in some remote corner devoid of objectives. All these smart/coordinated teams know that and they always make sure to run off to their little safezone which makes it a lose-lose situation for the killer if they decide to chase and/or stomp out the totem. Few moments later it's back up again and the gens are still flying.
Really, all it takes to break this game is ONE decent survivor to set up his CoH totem in a good spot and the others will swarm to it. That's how busted the perk is.

Getting trashtalked is probably the best part of playing killer fam. Knowing I dunked on them so hard they malding, now if I get trashtalked after getting dunked on...I should have played better honestly and they beated me so I cannot say anything to counter their trashtalk at that point.

I play EU, in the day survivor queue time is very fast. while in the night it is the killer queue time fast.
Does this means in the day i can come here and complain "Thanks Behavior for trashing the survivor experience so much that there are rarely any survivors left to entertain your beloved killers"?

Most have private profiles and then haunt killers on their open profiles. I remember someone who spent weeks coming to my profile on a daily basis and tell me what a terrible person i am. Best part, i never played against him. He just didn´t like my comments on the steam forum.

2 days ago i was trashtalked for not camping and tunneling his teammates. I went for him instead, who was about to finish the last gen. Apparently, that made me a horrible player.
