About Cheater Ban...
Does anyone here know what happen to your reported cheaters?
Are the cheaters banned like 1 week, 1 month or permanently banned?
I mean we dont know at all what those cheaters get tho.

When you report a player with evidence, the reports are reviewed by our team of ACM's who take appropriate action if required.
There is no notification to the reporter about what action has been taken I'm afraid, as that remains information between us and the player.

So if we report people without video evidence the report doesn't get adressed at all?

Cheaters are permanently banned. Not talking about exploits, rather using actual external programs to hack skins or other things in game.

We do need video evidence for most reports yes, especially if showing things that happened in a game - holding the game hostage etc.

Why you don't inform anything to reporter? You used to do it back in time when I actually sent reports with evidence and people got punished. Now I don't send them, because I am just wasting my time. It's very unsupportive to the reporter when they don't know if action has been taken.
The reason why I actually ended up here, is because I was just recently against a cheater Huntress (bot) who ended match in 30 seconds. Are you even aware of this thing? Few days ago, I saw a streamer on Twitch who was streaming "bot cheating". This should be top priority issue, nothing else, just saying.

Thats why i dont bother with reporting anymore. I dont video my games usually, so i dont have evidence, so reporting is futile. I already accepted this, if cheating becomes too much, i will just move on.

They immediately file all reports into the trash and do nothing because you didn’t follow the 143-step process and include the cheater’s date of birth and great-grandmother’s name.

What about reports coming from out Switch cousins, whose ability to record their games was patched out several months ago?
