Any good Pyramid Head streamers?

I don't play him a whole lot so I'm pretty bad with him, but I hear he's a very strong killer so I'd like to see what really good Pyramid Head gameplay looks like.

Most killer streamers i know dont really stick to one particular. I think your better off watching some gameplay on youtube.

Posting once more to remind ya'll that Pyramid Head is the most over-hyped killer on the roster. He's high B. He's not A and he's sure not S. He's COMPETENT, but his strongest feature relies on massive survivor failure, which makes him great for stomping new players, hit or miss for mid-tiers and extremely unreliable at high mmr.

He has the worst AddOns in the game to the point that he effectively has no addons and no alternate play styles. No matter what the hype may lead you believe, he will never be A-tier until his addons get a rework from top to bottom.

While he does need an add on pass, he is A tier imo, because he can break survivor momentum pretty fast if you know what your doing and secure killer momentum with his torment.

And, once again, I feel obligated to stress: Torment cannot be put on survivors without their specific misplay. With the ability to simply crouch-walk through it, and the length of time you get slowed down to draw it, the only time survivors get tormented is when they play badly.

And if survivors are playing badly, you get far more value out of killers that take better advantage out of survivor mistakes, like Oni, Twins, or Huntress. Or, just play a killer who doesn't depend on survivor mistakes, like Nurse, Blight, or Artist.

Pyramid Head is not a BAD KILLER. But his power is so wildly self-limited, and he got so many nerfs right after coming out, with such a useless collection of addons that he is just not A-tier. If you do well with PH, that's great. You are a good player. And you could do just as well if not better with most other non-joke killers in the roster.

Good pyramid head is an oxymoron.

he isn't very good. he needs a looking at. relies too heavily on survivor mistakes and survivors being new

@GoodBoyKaru is good and evil at the same time.

Wow... I am surprised most everyone here knows what's up. I guess I will be a parrot and say there aren't any dedicated Pyramid Head one tricks and the reason is obvious. You just have to hope someone requests him to a variety streamer and then watch them ignore all his unique mechanics. Pog.

I kinda feel that I should point out that while it's true that survivors need to step on the trails of their own volition, this does not mean the killer has no control over it, or at the very least, that it cannot take advantage of its use.

I main pyhead and I can separate survivors into 2 categories, based on how they behave when you use your trails on the loop they are using: those who will step on your trails and those who would rather get hit to avoid them. Either way, you profit.

(thank you to people for tagging me here)

The closest, most recent gameplay I can get for you right now is this video

I'd definitely say I'm good at him but I also don't play dbd to win dbd so I sit there and try funny things that'll throw the game. Can try and get some try hard gameplay for you later if you want but no promises because I have my first final in... Tomorrow.

(oh and yes I do stream ttv/Karu_TC but again I can and will throw the game at all times instantly for a slightly chuckle so if you expect anything where I try and win you're mistaken, it's gameplay of me trying something stupid and being sad when the thing that had a 99% chance of failing fails)

Lol bangin montage dude. Well done on the editing too.

Perhaps I'll just drop in on a stream some time. Sounds like fun.

    Good luck with finals though😬

And we've found the person who's never played PH but wants to pop in anyway.

Torment Trails only function if survivors move quickly across them. Crawling does not apply Torment, neither does crouch-walking.

I suppose he means the DS moment, that you can draw a torment trail prior picking up and if they have it, they drop down on it from your shoulder.

Vampire_Toothy he's Phead and Artist main, he mostly go for m2 shot and his Phead flick is really satisfying to watch.

I would highly suggest using nurses calling with him as you can get double downs through walls.

But only on bad survivors, due to PH making a tremendous amount of noise while walking, an even louder noise when prepping his shockwave, and an enormous start-up delay along with a "this is where you need to move out of" red beam (that is shown to survivors through walls) to warn them to move slightly to one side.

I would agree that on certain maps it is harder to do. Yet despite all that I still get double downs fairly frequently. That alone is enough for me to always run nurses on him. PH feels powerful and is a threat if you don't spam his power too much.

Most streamers don't like to play crap killers unless they get paid to.

I'm a PH main. Well, that's a bit of an oversimplification. It's more like "I bought DBD so I could play Pyramid Head."

Anyway, I'm trying to play DBD more regularly now that I've beaten GoW: Ragnarok. I'll never call myself a hall of famer but I do what I can and I try to play fair (no camping, tunneling, hook hitting, or anything else that makes me grind my teeth as a survivor).

Same name on twitch and youtube, give or take a space bar.
