Im convinced the censor is just there to make us mad

The most ridiculous stuff is censored and it makes it dumb to try and communicate. Yet whats it for exactly? Best bet is prevent death threats and hate speech, but that leaks through despite the dumb censor. I get and see people get death threats or tell them to end themselves daily now. No joke theres been an uptick in those players lately. At worst its to censor cussing, but its rated M and its about murdering people. So if thats the case then wow.

My theory. They dont want to ban a 1/4 of the playerbase for being abusive. So they tried to limit the complaints by censoring them. Get rid of the censor that is exclusively there to hinder communication. How about we dont pander to people like this and start throwing the hammer at nasty people?

    I think there was a video of a streamer who said on chat something along the lines:

    "Were you doing gens", where it censored gens, so he wrote "drugs" instead and it was accepted...

    Censor in this game is something else...

    Still better than in warframe, where it was censoring word "war" in any given word, so you couldn't even write the name of the game
