I was just about to finish my submission that I've been working hard on for ages and then I discovered the submission page has gone offline EARLY.

Anyone with the ability to answer this (ie. actual BHVR staff) won't be in office until Monday 23rd 11am ET, though Mandy should be on about 7am our time. Flagged your thread in hopes she can see this and give an answer, since you're not the only one it's happening to (I've seen a couple other threads here too).

I just made a post about this too, I just went to submit mine because I just finished the ref sheet and it’s closed! It’s the 22, we should have until tomorrow. I hope we get an extra day because of this, I worked really hard :(

Have the same issue, completely gutted to say the least.
will that work? Would it be best to upload my entries on my post as I’ve tagged @MandyTalk but I dunno if I’ll be able to get on early and catch the devs/mods. I spent ages on them, while they may not be the best things out there I still put a lot of work into them

I also just made a post about this, went to submit my entry and was met with the same screen. The post about this on Facebook says submissions close the 23 but it’s the 22 so we should have until tomorrow. I hope we get an extra day because I worked hard and just finished putting everything together in the ref sheet

I genuinely don't know. All I know that is flagging a thread is the best way to get the attention of a moderator or Mandy for an official response.

Rip many hours of my time, first time I built up courage and put in the time to create some designs and I may not get to enter, that’s quite upsetting to say the least

right? i've been dedicating all my time to this despite being in work 4 times a week & spending time with family and just about finished in time only for it to be closed early. hoping they do something about it but i worry they'll just say "oh well"

It's a federal statutory holiday in Canada on Monday. So I wouldn't expect anyone in office until Tuesday.

By then the contest wouldve really been over 😫 I hope they make up for it with an extra day, I feel like the devs are pretty fair when it comes to stuff like that

Literally experiencing the same thing and on the verge of tears as I write this. Went to go check what time specifically the contest closed to be met with the same screen.
Have been drawing nonstop around work to create a skin concept for my baby Tricky and created an entire backstory and description for the outfit along with a new song of his that he would wear the outfit during the song performance.
I know it's just a fun contest, and it's probably not worth the tears — but I was really excited to share it and possibly get it in the game. Art is my dream career so this felt like such a great opportunity to get it out there. To have my art put in a game? One of my favorites at that? That would be the dream.
I'm staring at the nearly done reference sheet wondering what I should do now.
I'm really hoping it can be extended or something.

Sorry for all the great artists, I hope you can still get your entries in. BTW BHVR posted a tweet 1 hour ago saying the contest closes in 24 hours, use that as evidence the contest closed a day early.

I work on Canadian hours (most of the time) so yes I'm also off today.
However, I did flag this last night - shhhhh we do not say I check in whilst I'm supposed to be off :)
