a killer that is so fun to go against but you barely see, because playing him feels like you put in too much effort for little reward, the hardest killer in to play is so easily counterable

    Remove overheat, fix collision on tree's and rock's, and give him the fanciest lookin pants you could model.

    Now there will be even less Billys, because A LOT of them find their fun in entertaining survivors through Sky Billy tricks, which are being removed next patch.

    As for the buff i wouldn't change anything in Billy himself, but worked on collision on some maps (swamp, eyrie of crows) that have stuff that shouldn't be a wall, like a random twig or stone
