Should Mark Hoffman be added as a legendary skin for Pig?
Should a pig masked Mark Hoffman be added as a legendary skin for Amanda Young/The Pig? BHVR can obviously make it happen since they added a James Sunderland legendary skin for Cheryl which changes Cheryls gender completely.

I really hope that he does get adorable male grunts if he’s added, maybe Hoffman will also get unique ambush attack sounds when charging his ambush attack that sound different than Amanda’s ambush attack sounds.

Never been a big fan of Hoffman. I would rather have John Kramer or Dr. Lawrence Gordon.

they will most likely not do John Kramer, mainly cause he’s not a killer and despises murder, they would have to change John’s perspective/personality completely and not to mention he has a tumor as well we don’t want an old man dying after being stunned by a pallet, Lawrence Gordon is possible but then bhvr would have to give Lawrence a unique limping animation when he’s moving, unless they decide that the entity gives him his foot back.
Hoffman is the best choice for a legendary skin for Amanda, he kills his victims without any mercy or regret whatsoever.

To be fair, kramer's definition of what is murder or not is pretty vague and I could see him justify the entity's trials in the same way he justifies his own games. However, I feel that if they were going to add him they would already done it. So I don't think they ever will.

Even if BHVR found some workaround John’s perspective of murder they would have to worry about the tumor part, I’m pretty sure even with entity’s powers John would still be weaker than the survivors.
I’m 90% sure that they’re gonna add Hoffman in the future as a legendary skin for Amanda, his character is literally made for dead by daylight’s atmosphere as he deserves a spot in dead by daylight.

I would love a Legendary Mark Hoffman skin! As I’m a huge saw fanboy, I play Pig quite a lot and I honestly think he would be the best fit out of all the saw characters for a legendary skin for Amanda Young, you could argue that Logan Nelson would be a great fit too but I feel like he was just created so they could make the Jigsaw movie from 2017, his character was just bland and I really don’t think he would fit into the game as much as Hoffman honestly, this is just my opinion though.
I want him because it’s Hoffman and also I want him because I’m curious as to who the dead by daylight community would ship Hoffman with if he gets added.

Hoffman would definitely fit just as well as Amanda. Whether they can add him or not though probably depends on the license holder. They do seem to be giving DbD some leeway with Amanda and the Saw tome though so who knows? 🙂

They should also have a John Cramer skin with VO from the original actor.
Probably also have a legendary skin for Tapp to be another SAW character like Gordon, Adam, That Other detective guy, Daniel from Saw 2, etc.
That would move a lot of players to actually buy the DLC and play with it, which - correct me if I'm wrong - is exactly the business that the devs are in.

Hoffminator all the way! Dude literally demolished dozens of people w/o any traps, if anything he's even more fit to be Entity's toy than Mandy.
And it's not like there's any other adequate option. Don't see terminally sick Kramer or one-legged Gordon running around in trials, tbh. Don't care about Logan, and the guy from Spiral doesn't strike me as anywhat significant "Jigsaw follower", despite the fact that his doll Mr. Snuggles is already in the game as a charm. Would also be sick to have Detective Matthews and Adam Stanheight as legendary skins for Tapp!

If we’re being honest Eric Matthews should have been the survivor instead of Tapp, as he had a lot of ties to The Pig/Amanda Young, he was the one who framed her and got her arrested.

I believe Eric was actually supposed to be the Saw Chapter's survivor originally, Tapp even had his name in the files. But I guess something changed during development and BHVR switched to David. Which, I feel like, was kinda a mistake, bc as you said - Eric is much closer tied to Amanda (she even has a skin, in which she was when they fought in the movie), while Tapp is rather connected to Kramer himself.

Gordon is better for Tapp. Gordon being an apprentice was a terrible writing decision I hope they ignore.

Yes, but no. Yes because it sounds and looks cool, but no because it wouldn’t make sense. I don’t think he was ever a pig, although I’m not good on Saw lore so take that as you will. And he was a sick old man, but I guess the entity could fix that problem.

He was a reluctant apprentice to Jigsaw at first (meaning he was a Pig), but he eventually used the traps to kill people just because he wanted to. His complete butchering of John's philosophy would match well with Amanda's misunderstanding of it.

Hoffman was even worse than Amanda to me, as he used the games to torture instead of punishing. I even thougt that he was going to be the killer, and when I saw It was Amanda I was a bit dissapointed.

More than a Hoffman skin for Pig, I'd like a survivor Amanda skin for Tapp. Having the both the Survivor and Killer be the same character would be neat as h*ck.
