Killer? I switch between clown, legion and doctor according to mood. Sometimes I toss a plague in there but high tier killers are boring sometimes.

Survivor: I main Leon but my fav survivor is Felix (and he'll probably become my main once I am - finally - over my RE2 phase).
Killer: I main Nemisis (honestly, idk why/how that happened 🙈) but my fav killer is Ghostie (just look at his stabby-stab-stab, the long face and the adorable stalk-leans).

Kate and Amanda. I hardly ever play Amanda anymore because i'm doing dailies/challenges on other killers, but I love getting the occasional "Ambush 4 survivors" dailies, those matches are so fun, cause I love playing her. She was the first killer I ever played back when I started 3 years ago. I had the choice between the Halloween or Saw bundle and decided to go with Saw..
As for survivors, Kate is the best, but I still have Adam and Jeff at p3 with every perk at level 3, and I've been working on Zarina too. And dumping points on Elodie and Yui in preparation for the prestige/perk changes.. but overall, if given the choice, Kate all the way.

I switch between Megalodon and Leon. Mainly Leon, though with him I get tunneled way too many times, so I often switch back to good ole Meg :)
Killer: Wraith/Spirit. Would love to get Ghostface though, just for the memes.

I don't play killer so I don't have a favorite in that regard. As for my favorite to play against though I would have to say The Shape, unless they're using the mori tombstone.

Original Killers: I love Clown and also have a soft spot for Wraith.
Licensed Killers: I like Nemesis and Pyramid Head for the way they can do tricky hits around loops and also have an aspect of gambling in some moments when playing, like 50/50 attacks that are like tossing a coin and hoping to see if it will lead to a successful hit or a shameful miss.
Original Survivors: Zarina is the best for me and I also really like Meg.
Licensed Survivors: Cheryl my absolute main and also Jill, by the way they're both the only ones I bothered to P3 at all xD

Haddie is my favorite survivor,I've been waiting for her ever since she was first mentioned in the tomes.
And my favorite killer are the Twins.

Ace has been my go-to survivor for years. I won't get into who my favorite killer is because it would probably turn into a long essay of how I love different aspects of virtually every killer in the game. X3

I don’t play survivor but Ace is my favorite thematically. I think he’s got a fun background and look and even his perks that help him get junk out of chests sounds fun in principle (even though they’re presumably not the most effective perks the idea of rummaging for cool stuff in kind of neat.)
At the moment, my favorite killer to play might be Sadako? 🤷♂️ Hard to say, but I do like being able to zip around the map and also have Stealth and partial invisibility at will. The Condemned doesn’t directly lead to kills that often typically unless you happen to use a specific add-on for it but it’s still fun when it does.
