Was there a sudden invisible hotfix that broke the game in half? Because I literally cannot play the game today. I've tried to play three matches and only finished one.

The first and third one, I get caught early on Ironworks and then immediately crash. So I screw my teammates, depip, get a matchmaking ban AND get to feel like a prick because now I can't explain myself and look like I ragequit.

And the second one, I actually finished! To a total teamwipe at 4 gens on Ormond. Where I got tunneled out early.

And then the game crashed on the results screen.

Is anyone else actually unable to play Dead by Daylight or have I been cursed, because I've been playing for like a week and have had 0 problems until today. I can't even remember the last time the game ever crashed before today.

    Both the day before yesterday and yesterday, I had my video card driver crash while playing DBD. It has happened before, but like two times since I started playing in 2021 January, never so frequently. Could still be a coincidence, but thought I'd mention it just in case.

    I've checked Dbd history and all I can see are bugs, glitches and crashes.

    My game has been crashing more than ever before.

    The game will completely freeze when survivors go to unhook or even when I go to hook them. And just last night my game froze TWICE when I went to look at a cosmetic in my inventory. I'd click on Feng, put on her new rift outfit, then click on her legs to change them. And boom, it'd freeze. It did that twice in a row. At first I thought it was my internet, and I contacted BHVR support and did everything they asked. (I uninstalled DBD TWICE.) But now I'm convinced this is on their end somehow. Because my internet has been the same for years now and DBD had always worked "normally"

    Whatever it is I hope they fix it ASAP.

    Can confirm my game has been crashing quite a bit too. Total video card flop, no other games cause it, but after it happens once if I don't fully reboot the system then it happens whenever ri try and do anything.

    Seems like it was a good thing that i reinstalled DBD but never actually launched it.
