This is from the new patch notes its being investigated? A game breaking bug for this long is crazy and its not some players its majority of every player or streamer I've watched have it happen to them. STOP REALEASING NEW CONTENT FIX YOUR SERVERS THE HIT DETECTION AND THE LAG IS STILL RIDICULOUS!!! Thanks for fixing all the other bugs in the game but it wont matter if you are stuck in place for 2 second while being chased or chasing.

...How would not releasing new content help? The content they're releasing now has already been worked on for months, it's not cannibalising resources from bug fixes, especially for bugs that are much newer.

I think I care more about scratch marks becoming anti-information because they're so delayed/non-existant sometimes than I am the rubberbanding.

I had hopes they gonna fix this issue with update. But now i have to wait more... Disappointment

This game is always broke theres never been a time with zero bugs in DBDs entire history, even if they took an entire year off to address bugs, new ones would come with the brand new update that was supposed fix them all it's just the way this game works

By worrying about underlying problems in the game like the rubber banding instead of giving me a killer I'm just going to rubber band against.

Rubberbanding has been an issue before 5.7 #########? now today ive been stuck in place in 4 different areas on Garden of Joy and autohaven wreckers when against the Dredge. All by lockers. WONDER WHAT DLC MADE THAT A BUG lol and to be fair, getting stuck in place without the game locking up has been an issue since 2018, but became more rare after a few YEARS(you can spin in a circle, and the only fix is getting downed and picked up by the killer, healing from dying does nothing)
The issue is their poor quality servers. Idk their setup but every MP Non-P2P game ive played takes the servers down for maintenance. Ive NEVER seen BHVR take theirs down for such.
Imagine you have a pile of garbage you need to sort through because you lost something valuable. While searching, you throw more garbage on top of it, inside of said new garbage is having similar items with the shininess to what you lost. This is an example to what some people call "spaghetti code".
It should honestly be all hands on deck for issues like Rubberbanding, because its literally gamebreaking. Ive watched it sway SO MANY GAMES in favor of the person not rubberbanding. While watching some streams, I told myself its because they're using a VPN, then I started playing again. I rubberband in 25-30% of my games. I don't use a VPN, at all. That is too large a number, even if its in 100 games. Ive played less than a handful of games today and they've all been laggy or overly toxic. I cant stomach the lag. And before I even blamed BHVR, I ran speedtests on multiple servers across the world. I have no issues locally or geographically. So this is a BHVR issue. I'm going to go back to just watching before I get an ulcer and i send BHVR the hospital bill lol

well ive had posts with other people for like 2 months already but maybe he was dont already but then again they did blood hunts and stuff i dono i guess you just like the lag?
