It pleases me to no end that various killers have their own unique codes.
I'm a sucker for loot - survivors can trade their items to get me to stop doing just about anything.

The thing is unless they blatantly admit it the intent can only be assumed and not proven. I don't doubt this is happening though. I haven't personally noticed a pattern with this yet in my matches. Any killer that goes out of their way to tunnel or camp anyone I go out of my way to give that killer a hard time the rest of the match. I've been openly critical of the addition of pride charms and David being revealed as gay but I still protect my team whether they use them or not.

Killers constantly focus my friend down who mains David. I don't think it's because David is gay though, it's just because my friend is the obvious weak link and a lot of killers don't want to deal with me in the early game whenever there's an easier fish to fry.

What you're offering up is an inherently undisprovable argument - if people say they aren't acting in a bigoted manner, then you claim it's because we're being deceitful about our intentions.
That's certainly up to you as a matter of opinion, but where's the discussion? Like others have said, if someone makes a point to demonstrate that they're acting in a bigoted way, BHVR has grounds to action it. Beyond that, there's not much evidence to show that people commonly make a point to target survivors based on any aspect of their identity (beyond playstyle - which isn't related to the character). Arguing based on the speculative potential for it doesn't get us anywhere.

As a player who only plays killer, David is on my list of "hot man who can get hatch if they happen to be the last survivor", but ofc, if I need someone dead I won't care to kill him. It is hard to say if a killer is tunneling someone because of personal bias or just because they are trying to win, unless they literally say that on the end game chat.
I would like to add that David players feel kinda "oblivious" sometimes, just like Bills, which maybe makes them easy targets.

An easier way would be for you to record your games and come back with actual proof of your claims.

As others have said: just because a killer camps and tunnels a David, that doesn't mean they do it because of David's sexual orientation.

Every killer? Like, I'm sure it's happened to people, but I've played a lot of David while trying to get his tome challenges done and I didn't get singled out once (well... outside of No Mither, but that was almost definitely because I was running No Mither. I didn't have anyone pointing at my pride charm and tbagging or hitting me on hook, that's for sure.)
Also, I really don't appreciate the implication you made that I tunnel Davids for their sexual orientation but just won't admit it because it'd get me banned. This may surprise you, but most people aren't bigots.

Whilst camping and tunnelling are not against the rules, targeted harassment is.
If you have evidence of targeted harassment please report in game, and send further evidence to our support team as this isn't something we take lightly.
