Thanks for letting us know

You are aware you don't have to create a thread on every single opinion you have on the game and its players, right?

Yeah TTVers are always trash talking and thinking they're gods at the game. They try to build their audience by being as big of a jerk as possible. I always hard/camp tunnel them and then go to their stream afterwards to say gg ez pz baby survivor
6 -
But then we would have posts that could have civil discussions where both Killers and Survivors actually come together and agree both sides have major issues and all this toxicity and BMing is only making the game worse for all.....but then we would have posts like this or Sluzzy and then I would be sad

Weirdly enough, I've found that a lot of TTVs are easier to go up against
I suppose yes there are some that are just try-hard peeps doing their best to get through asap but those are boring games that no one wants to watch. Many streamers I've noticed essentially handicap themselves because they're trying to do things that look cool but waste time (like moon walking everywhere) and I've ran into some where they made baffling decisions but when I watched their stream, it was a "challenge" (like a Can't Use Pallets challenge).
To each their own I guess though

Really? I love going against live TTVs. It allows me to rewatch the game from their perspective, and see what I could've done better, as well as analyse the movements of a (usually) good Survivor to predict better.

I dodge every TTV.
7 -
I like rewatchin the vod if I played well or won. If I get smacked all around I'll pass on the replay 😮💨

But I need you all to swim in my stream of consciousness.

Thanks for stereotyping us, even if not all of us are bad.

I love playing against TTVS. Yeah some can be toxic but I have encountered so many friendly ones recently.
2 -
I love playing vs TTV lobbies. Everybody is always trying to save the precious streamer boy and trying to be flashy. It's cute and way better than seeing like two survivors and everybody Else its holding m1 on a corner of the map somewhere.

Can't judge every TTV for been this way, I have looked back on some streamers I have been against if I can, yes not a lot of toxic comments, but sometimes I get good insight, and some people making good comments. That's like saying I wont play with ps5 people or PC players as they are more toxic in comments, alas negativity does happen, but let's not put everyone in the same box.
1 -
Not all TTV's are toxic and rude in the game some are yes but, there's plenty of positive streamers out there.
2 -
TTVs are just a symptom of the disease that is this community.
2 -
Then you won't be able to see and learn from your mistakes.

Going against twitch streamers can be funny though being accused of stream sniping because you outplayed them is funny

Me too i always quit when i see a ttv and i also quit when i See 2 Tool Boxes or Survivors who Switch to Flashlights in the last Second
1 -
You know if you see a TTV, you can just hop on to twitch to check out their stream, plenty of time to see if they are or aren't a SWF before readying up. Or I guess you could just skip entirely and move on.
Last match I played was vs a full squad with a TTV, 2 of them ended up dead, they played well, I played fine enough. It was a fun match overall.
Not every TTV is toxic. Not every SWF is toxic. Rando non-TTVs can be toxic. Don't generalize.
3 -
Switching to flashlights at the last second is worse than having the flashlight on from the start.. you know they're doing it on purpose and are going to be a pain in the butt.

i've only ever had 1 bad experience with a streamer. they got pissed at me for uhh. idk actually
i stopped by their chat and they thought i was trying to be rude when i just said that i hoped they had a fun match and banned me. still don't know what i did to that person lol
3 -
And then they wonder why they don't have more followers/subs.. gee maybe if you didn't have a bad attitude people would like you? :p

I've only had 1 bad experience with a streamer who got mad that I started running when he wanted to heal me,calling me dumb, then 2 secs later he sees the Myers behind us that he didn't see when I did.Made me laugh so hard when I watched the match from his PoV.
Otherwise I never had issues with them.
3 -
Perhaps. Can save myself some embarrassment though!
2 -
I've met some nice TTV people in chat. I've also met total a-hole TTV people, they run the spectrum like everybody else. Aside from having what to me is a weird desire to have other people watch their games they're normal people.
2 -
Okay yeah that's fair lol
1 -
I'll dodge obvious SWFs, but I won't dodge just because someone's a TTV.
4 TTVs with matching bunny costumes? yeah.
One TTV? no, I'll be able to look back later from their perspective.

You're missing on a lot of fun!!!
Yeah, some TTVs are pretty crappy, but I find that the vast majority of TTVs fall within one of 2 categories: easy peasy players trying to win and failing at it, or very skilled SWFs leaders who try to go for stunts and crazy gameplay. Both are fun and easy to win against.

80% of your posts are baseless claims for nerfing any and everything that you don't like. You never have any REAL justification in your posts, theyre all the the fevered temper tantrum of a child who can't stand to lose.

People who trash ttvs only do so because they've watched "salty ttv exposed" videos.
Most are not that bad, I'd even go as far as to say toxic ttvs are rare. Most are chill or even really nice

Oh my gosh, the day Sluzzy stops posting... it'll kill me, btw...have u seen a new Sluzzy post lately?

Trying to play this game during night time is a very rough experience for killers. I literally had to dodge SIX lobbies in a row earlier today just because a streamer happened to be in each one of them. I don't want to play against sweaty bullysquads, I want to play against solos like the game is balanced for.
2 -
"like the game is balanced for"
HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA *dies from laughter*

Some people just find my commentary funny and like seeing me play Pyramid Head and I like it because it's like hanging out with friends (the regulars) without having to actually hold a proper conversation, it's actually great

TTV in my experience means it is safer to assume they're awful people and while exceptions to pop up it is rare. Now I can have a preset for them!
QoL improvements make a difference!

Unless a game has a "Streamer Mode" wherein I can hide my in-game name from viewers, I always dodge TTVs in a lobby, in any game.

I don't dodge TTVs; I find if my MMR pairs me with them they're generally around my skill level or a bit below. If they're courteous I'll give them a follow after to help them grow their numbers.

Send them to my lobby, I love being able to review my gameplay from another perspective.
Might just be because my bar for declaring something a "bad experience" is stricter than the average, but I can genuinely count the bad experiences I've had with TTVs on like, one hand. Because when I say bad experience, I pretty much mean behavior that could genuinely get them banned from Twitch (and in at least one case, that's exactly what happened)

I've had ONE bad experience against a TTV person, and I go against them on a regular basis, both as survivor and killer. With that exception, every survivor TTV player I've gone against has been extremely nice and friendly, and the killer players have been too (the latter often surprised when I show up to say "GG and WP" and not bring salt).
I love seeing my matches as both killer and survivor from someone else's perspective, as it helps me improve as a player (and it's just fun!). As someone who streams myself, the people I play with as survivor understand that toxicity and BM'ing aren't allowed, and when I play killer, I try to have as positive experience as possible. Painting everyone on Twitch with the same brush is a disservice to all of the good people who are out there due to the bad actions of a few.
