because its a event cosmetic from the archives.. not from the rift

It might come back in a future Halloween event. But currently it’s stated to be an exclusive event and it’s very unlikely to come back..

I can't remember any, unless there are charms I'm forgetting. I looked up the events and any cosmetics came to the store for Halloween events.
I would be surprised if the outfits don't release onto the store because Mikaelas witch outfit is one of the best free outfits they've given out. But there's always the chance it remains exclusive

I didn't play during this event, but i would be 100% fine if they kept them exclusive to people who grinded for them. It's not fair to take something unique that people had and make it purchasable.

Probably the outfit will be added in-game store this Halloween.
In 2020 Halloween, there was David outfit in Rift and later added in last year's Halloween.

These were in the store straight from the beginning of the event, I played during The Hallowed Blight and they were never meant to be exclusive.
The cosmetics that were exclusive at first were the ones you needed to grind for during the Howling Grounds Event, and Scorching Summer BBQ Event.
The cosmetics were:
Hound (Huntress)
Untamed Donkey Jacket (David)
Pro-Pain Hammer (Hillbilly)
Free Songbird (Kate)

Ones that were previously in the Rift such as David & the Nurse Halloween outfits have been brought to the store. Same with the ugly sweaters that were earned from a store code.
They'll likely be put into the store when the applicable season rolls around.
