FIX SERVERS
Look, servers in this game have been awful lately, high ping, rubberbanding, just awfulness all around
not only have i teleported around as a survivor. but it feels even worse when you're the killer because a survivor rubberbanding across the map means they can extend a chase another 1-2 mins if they're decent.
the anniversery is coming up, and i have a bad feeling it will get even worse. please look into this

Your internet probably has issues. I don’t have these problems.
Are you on Nintendo switch with wifi?

The "rubber banding" is not a server issue from what I can tell, and yes it's something that we're looking into. We did apply a tentative fix on the recent PTB but that did not resolve the issue for everyone....we will hopefully have a fix for this stutter very shortly. And it tends to affect the player who's experiencing this negatively.
If you are having survivors warp across the map - this is not the rubber banding issue. This does seem like an issue with your connection to the server, as you mention high ping also so I do suggest doing some basic troubleshooting on your own connection.

Rubberbanding is still in the game but this is not what the OP is talking about.
The OP is talking about lagging survivors across the map and high pings. That’s not Rubberbanding, that’s literally having bad internet.

I rubberband sometimes. I play on PS4 Pro with gig speed internet on a wired connection. It's not every game, maybe like 1/10 and it always happens at the most inconvenient times. Also, when a survivor gets unhooked, it causes my game to freeze for at least 3 seconds, I have no idea why but the survivors seem unaffected. That's been happening since 2020 for me.

We all rubberband from time to time, they’re fixing it.
As for the freezes, that’s another topic and I’m not sure why this hasn’t been fixed a long time ago.

I don't have rubber band issues or anything like that but I do have excellent ping so sounds like it might be ops net or something causing a hickup on his end.

Rubberbanding is more than likely a outdated console issue , if someone is having this issue on PC then they either need to turn off their vpn, upgrade their internet, or upgrade that toaster they're playing the game on because nothing in the world can fix it if you don't even meet minimum specs

Actually no, there is currently an issue that we've acknowledged and is listed under the known issues in the latest patch notes.

I have a PS5 and have Rubberbanding. I see Zubatlel rubberbanding a lot. The devs already said they’re fixing it.

I'm not blaming them I'm simply stating the game doesn't run well on the older gen consoles, I play on PC but I also have the game on PS4 and switch, they just don't run as well in my opinion and no matter what BHVR does those specific older models will probably have issues, I saw @MandyTalk respond to me I understand it's a more wide range issue than I thought but I never have that issue on PC personally so I guess I can't relate
