Why New Patch not rectify The Quick Lag on Game

I saw all streamer game where gameplay instantly lagging, anyone have this situation. Since this is happened and all player, seems new patch can not resolve this issue/ticket.

  The latest patch made the lag worst this game also suffers from random micro-stutters which gives a very nasty teleporting effect during game play. How the f*** did I get hit.
