A question about the Prestige rewards.

I probably know the answer to this, but never hurts to be safe. Does it matter if I have them at level 1 or level 50 as long as I have them at P3?

I'm paranoid and I like the clean number, but that's a lot of BP that could go elsewhere if I only need them at P3 period.
