Now, and this is a novel concept here: have you just considered... not playing?
Like omg I know it's a shock but you're not actively forced into playing any video game, and you are allowed to take a break. I've read the EULA and nowhere does it say you have to play DBD every day for the rest of your life.

Shrug.
You know, there's an even easier way?
Just go and play something else. That's what I do sometimes. I took a bit of time after the double BP event, for instance, to go and play some Riftbreaker and the original Homeworld campaigns. After the anniversary, I'll be enjoying the Outriders expansion.
There is nothing forcing you to keep playing if you aren't having fun - you know this, right?

If you really have that attitude then why the hell are you still playing

Sincerely, not as a bit or a joke or a goof, you should take a break from this game.
I get joking about a game's flaws if you're enjoying it, but stuff like this really reads like you aren't enjoying it at all, so... why play?

Feel free to stop playing completely. IT WILL BE A BLAST!

As opposed to...being forced to play this game?
Blink twice and pick your nose if you're being held against your will.

Pathetic

Dude you should probably take a break

I'm not sure how many times you have to leave a match to get up to the 1 hour mark but as others have stated its probably a good idea to just take a breather from the game for awhile. I used to focus hard on escaping but lately I've just been interested in interacting with the killer as much as I can. Yea I die more often but its more fun than just doing the same thing every match. The game can get frustrating fast given how every match is a mystery on how things will play out. I don't know if you've tried SWF but if you know other people who play DBD it can be a lot more fun that way for some people.

Maybe just don’t play the game at all? You would be happier, and so would the people that you are no longer screwing over by DCing

If you’re the kind of player that earned a full hour ban, I don’t want to play with you anyways. Hope you find something else, bud.

that just sounds like not playing....with extra steps

On a scale of 1-10 how much would you say you are trying to alleviate your anger over the game by crafting an imagined reward from your punishment.
I'd say take a genuine break if you are at that point you should probably just stop for a bit.

I am so much happier making someone DC knowing that they could be coping THIS HARD over their DC ban. This post gives me joy. thank you
