Where's my new skin and my Auric Cells?

At 5 PM UTC+2, I checked the store and found a new Nea outfit, with blue hair and a butterfly on the back. I bought it, played a bit and left the game.

I logged on after reading on Twitter people saying that the skin was gone from their inventory and they didn't get their Auric Cells back. Yes, it happened to me too.

This is not normal. Give me back the skin or the Auric Cells.

@MandyTalk, can you tell if this is normal?
