Seriously, These Anniversary Challenges Are Grinding My Gears.
The survivor one that basically requires you to deliberately throw the game is silly, as is the one that requires you to hit people after getting stunned...5 games in and I've get to manage it once (going to have to throw on Spirit Fury and run a Game offering instead of a pudding, urgh).
I don't mind if they are a bit grindy, but these are just frustrating.

You might be able to do it quite easy as deathslinger purposely breaking the chain and then M1. And maybe hag on an indoor map.

I don't know tbh, i don't play them. But Slinger is technically stunned gamewise. Could maybe try hag's body block addon, down someone, trap all exit points and let them wiggle free. You'd still throw the game but you'd probably get it done on RPD or game map.

Legion, Huntress, Trickster, Deathslinger, Executioner, Blight, Nurse, Dredge, there's several Killers you can do this challenge without any need of perks or add-ons. Add in those and several more Killers can be used for this challenge.
Might take some luck, might need you to play with a different mindset. But this is a rather reasonable challenge. Some pallets are so unsafe that you can do this naturally with Trapper if you wanted.

I was able to get it done on The Clown with the addons Flask of Bleach (additional 4% hinder) and Tattoo's Middle Finger (you see intoxicated/Invigorated survivors' auras).

I did it with blight and enduring which I always use

I think you can complete this challenge by simply letting survivor to wiggle out (that's also stun) and then hit them within 30s
