Corrupt is gonna get a buff right?
it would literally make no sense to nerf the only perk that counters gen rushing and not touch prove thyself, like I'm pretty sure they will just make it better right?
just a quick reminder that there are people that play C and D killers and we can't exactly teleport or run faster than light around the map, especially if it has 2 floors or is just big
unless the gen system is getting changed, nerfing corrupt is just gonna repeat the whole boon incident (kill the damn game for another 4 or 6 months)
because you know even tho i die inside when i outplay someone as sadako and they dead hard i still enjoy playing her

The meta perk changes are coming with basekit changes, so they're likely going to implement something regarding gen speeds and then nerf the most popular slowdown perks.

I am confident that they are going to add to the killer basekit to compensate for nerfing slowdown perks, or something something nerf toolboxes.

Cut map size in half and then change corrupt intervention to do something like trap a survivor in a locker for 20 seconds if they go in one

Frankly, I think most of the changes are going to be, ideally, rebalances rather than direct buffs/nerfs, especially in regard to slowdown perks. Depending on the basekit changes made, they'll likely just be tweaked to better fit these changes.

I'm expecting them to reduce the CI timer by like a minute but also give a base minute of CI to all killers.

Why would you buff Corrupt? I'd trade every single CURRENT Slowdown/regression perk for Old Ruin. Old Ruin was so simple to counter yet very effective, it's primary power was scaring bad survivors. That alone reduced the amount of "gen rushing" by at least half. Why half? Cause bad players don't like skillchecks. By changing Ruin, BHVR effectively eliminated the penalties for being bad at skill checks. And now every scrub can finish a gen easily. The only way Old Ruin would be OP would be if it wasn't a Hex which obviously would never happen, otherwise scrubs would never have a chance to do anything thus barely any gen would be done.
This was the strength of Ruin, scaring bad players away from gens. Good players will just eat the skillchecks.
Another bit of info. Wanna know why DH is such a problematic perk now? Because Insta Heals got deleted. Dead Hard is extremely more valuable because of reusability. The nerf to Balanced Landing also helped, but it was warrented. Why you think Circle of healing came out so damn strong? BHVR wanted people to heal instead of using second chances, however people can just stack Boons and that breaks the idea, plus no changes were made to second chance perks before Boons came out so obviously it worked tremendously well...

they are nerfing dead hard as well, so they are balancing everything its just weird they didn't touch the most used perk for SWF

That wouldn't be a small tweak. Shrinking them down would be a fair amount of work.

A downsizing would require much more work than just lol small.
Swamp has gens spawn right near the walls alongside totems and hooks.
The interactive props would end up closer to each other
