Please dev it's really important for me (I'm in stress because that)
Ok it's a video game but for me i love this game, i just want to know about the prestige, i want to know if i need to p3 all killer and survivers for receiving a present or not (i just prestige 3 3 killer ) i stress because i play this game until long time now and i don't want to loose outfit spécial like i miss the bright cosmetics because I played on console. Please please be clarified that please, i love your work dev

They have already stated it will not be a cosmetic item.

There is no cosmetic. Its probably just the different color scheme of the prestige level during the endgame chat.

They have explicitly state that the reward will not be a cosmetic/outfit part, nor a charm or auric cells.

Need to know ASAP. I wanna stop wasting bps on prestiging if its a lame reward and I'm nervous it is. But I'll certainly be happy if they blow my expectations out of the water.

They said the rewards are not cosmetic items, charms nor currency, I dont think its going to be something awesome and most definitely its going to be a massive dissapointment because outside of cosmetics there isnt much they can give and people are a bit hyped about it.
I suppose theyll give info this week when they talk about the perk revamp.

Its not a waste of time to prestige, because even if the reward is lame you will still unlock their perks for every other character

she also stated it could be shards and/or BP, but definitely not auric cells. So… I am not expecting something worthwhile tbh..

Yea but if you have non prestiged characters with hundreds of add ons and offerings and ALL perks on them...its a waste to prestige them now, rather then do it after the update cause they will keep their stuff

Yeah but you won't lose the higher perk tiers, offerings, items etc if you level up after the rework. There isn't much reason to prestige now besides getting the rewards.

Somewhat true, but you also loose SO. MANY. ITEMS. I got some 40 flan on Myers, Dredge and Heather that will all be gone soon, unused, because I want to use the event to P3 everyone I can. All that flan ... so sad.

I'd be incredibly disappointed if it isn't worth while. What I'm hoping is that it'll be some sort of stackable bp bonus (I.e 5% extra bp after a match per prestige).

While you are absolutely right, if you prestige after the update you wont lose your addons, offerings and items so if the reward isnt something you are really interested it will be better to prestige after mainly to avoid losing of all the stuff.

take a chance and don't prestige. whatever they gonna give out is probably not worth it.

During these kinds of events i stack flans or whatever item on my characters already prestiged and don't level at all the others until the event is over, so it doesn't feel like a waste. Then i use all the flans to gain bps and keep leveling

Thats probably the optimal and sensible thing to do 🤔But now we are on a timer ^^ The reward will be extremely disappointing, but I MUST be able to flex my e-muscles after the P3-patch.

Since the announcement I've P3 every killer I don't care about.
The others have way too many add-ons accumulated over the years to be wasted on something superficial. My Nurse in my main account hadn't been prestiged.
On one of my other accounts I've got her P3. If there is ever a merger of accounts I'm guessing I'll get the benefits anyway.

I believe its better to level a lvl1 character to 50, burn all its event stuff and prestiging it then repeating the process, this way you dont pour points into characters already prestiged.

The already prestiged characters I'm stacking flans on are my main characters, that's why. I wouldn't play much the missing killers anyway, prestiging them is just to unlock their perks automatically in the future on other killers
I usually do that while leveling normally though: burn all cakes/puddings/bps once I reach lvl 50 and start over

This. I'm getting as many survivors as I can to p2-50 while the event and flans are going, in preparation.. If the announced rewards suck, I'll p3 them after the changes.. If the reward is interesting I'll do it before

I'm fast approaching all killers P3 - have Freddy almost there and Nemesis, Huntress, and Twins as my last three. Technically put Pig and Artist at P2 50 for now so I can use them for flans since they got good builds by 50, but yeah. I'm also pressured to be done by the 30th because Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak comes out then and I will NOT want to still need to grind when that's available...at my current pace I should get it done this weekend, the anniversary's been amazing for that. That plus the double bloodpoint weekend are the only reasons I'm getting it done on time.

uhm. I may have skipped some part of the dev update, but there is no charm as reward for having reached p3 before the next update, is there?

It's the reward for being p7, 8 and 9. The reward for being prestige 3 before the new system comes out is a different icon at end game screen.
