hours played, ranks, mmr
You can chek player`s profile and his hours.
So what the point of hiding ranks? I chek hours almost after each game. When you see 3-5k in lobby against you can predict that game is going to be difficult. For example outrages about MMR were when people saw that their enemies had 10-30 hours when they had 5k.
this is actually frustrating not seeing anything ranks. At the beggining of season especialy on the first days after reset you at least could clearly understand why you lost so badly if you see 1-3 rank. You understand those are good players. (i mean old system)
To me its like not showing player`s perks. Without that you feel unsatisfied because you cant understand his playstyle, strategy.
not showing ranks drained from game sort of satisfaction. Like climax is wasted. I tell you as person who came back playing recently.
p.s actually i dont even know what system now works wether this mmr or ranks

i dont chek other platforms thats true. But 90% of pc players have their profiles open.
but it only makes my topic more reasonalbe, half of time you still can study your opponent and half you cant
