Why do people dc so often against Legion
Why do so many people dc on legion? I've been trying to prestige them so I've played a bunch and for some reason atleast 1 person dc's EVERY TIME. I just don't get why mainly legion, I've never seen any killer get this many dc's in any time while playing. I have been using mori's since I'll lose it anyway after I prestige but even when using a mori with other killers I've never seen so many DC's. So why?

Survivors find him boring to go against and instead of just accepting that sometimes you play a killer you don't find super exciting, they throw a fit and ruin the game for four players

Because, unfortunately, his kit makes him a bit annoying and turns matches into a slog at times.
I love playing him, but he's definitely a killer that makes me groan when I'm playing survivor.

Who the hell DCs against Legion anymore? I practically throw myself at them to hear the chase theme.

I see it, as well as suicides. He's a bit like Doctor and Trickster - people just hate playing against him.

he is mending simulator, hit and run mend, hit and tun mend... rush gens injured and escape. thats the gameplay of course people hate it. i personally dont but that is cause i play with competent players who dont just self care at the corner of the map every time he hits them wich is pretty much most of the time but still he is unfun to go against specially in solo q, very beateable in SWF but unfun-

Unfortunate.
The only killers I get a vague possible potential inkling of an idea that maybe I don't really want to play this match out in full is against a Hag or a Nurse who's doing her Nurse thing at 5 gens.

I love playing Hag, and do a pretty unique style with her (no traps near hooks, but I poop traps wherever I go), running Surge, Monitor, STBFL, Devour Hope. Holy crap does this work well as soon as I get momentum. If I know it's going to be a tough game (I see an obvious SWF with fancy skins) I drop STBFL for Corrupt.

Man, wouldn't that be nice.. every time I go against a Hag, it's business as usual after every hook.

Probably because they're not fun at all to go against. It's literally just Mending Simulator.

They can be kind of a pain really. I love them, but getting downed by a frenzy because your team mates were stupid doesn't feel great. Along with having to mend so often.
Fun to play but not fun to verse.

In other cases, holding a button progresses the game though. After some frustrating matches, I don't DC vs Legion but play intentionally bad to be removed from the game asap. I've had matches where after what felt an eternity there were still five gens up. Solo survivor is pretty unfun as it is, I don't need a killer on top that makes those games super long with a very predictable ending (at least in my solo queue experience).

If I had to guess I would say probably because they don't want to deal with mending the whole match. It does get pretty annoying after about the third time it happens.

Why would anyone disliked mending simulator? Everyone knows that holding M1 most of the match is the most exciting part of survivor gameplay and Legion makes them hold it longer

I mean, I'll drop a trap at the hook before I walk off, but that's only if I don't have any traps left. I'm not going to recycle an ambush trap into a camping trap.

Wraith syndrome of "the killer is more common now that I find it boring". Like any wraith player before wouldn't dare play him without at least 1 windstorm. But not that he effectively got purple windstorm base kit making him able to run other addons... yeah he became much more popular.

Then u would love my build with them, Pain Res,thana,pop,blood echo with legion pin so they stay injured to keep the thana debuff and exhaustion from blood echo, other addon is a freebie

so? i would still rush the heck out of u while injured, every legion runs tana, thats no surprise KEK. people dont heal agaisnt legion unless boon. solo q players and bad players in general have problems with legion non competent players i dont even remember when was the last time i lost agaisnt a legion but that also is cause i almsot never play in solo q, is just a painfull experience.

Because they refuse to learn how to play vs a killer that's different than Trapper/Wraith.
I personally LOVE facing Legions.
People's excuse is "ooga booga he's a mending simulator". Only if you suck at the game and let him.
Learn to dodge killer's attacks? Learn how to spin the Legion?
There's many ways to take Legion out of the power, it just takes some effort to LEARN the counterplay.
I personally don't play Legion, never will, but they're one of my favorites to face after the rework.
So my Legion mains out there, I love you, and don't let those lazy salty people get to you <3

You can end up mending for 16s if they use the filthy blade addon.

Pretty much. Mending Simulator with Warp Speed and Terror Radius-wide Killer Instinct. Legion's kit is anathema to the the point of the game. I either DC as soon as I confirm it's Legion or if my DC timer has gotten long I'll suicide on first hook. So long as Legion's kit exists in/near it's current state, I will never not drop out as soon as I can and jump into another trial. Same with Bubba.
It's not that Legion is hard to deal with, they're just obnoxious and their combined ability seems directly against what killers should be able to do with a basekit. They tend to drag trials out to the point that not only was it never fun, now it seems like a job instead of entertainment. Plus the repetitive chase music they have is grating. They make Trickster seem adorable by comparison.
So yeah, Legion is a hard pass.

As a Legion main killer i really love her chase music. I am using Julie and Suzies outfits most. Wish Legions theme and some others come to Rock Band 4 as dlc songs. :D

Most survivors find mending boring. Plus Legions usually run Thana which makes gens take longer and thus more boring too.
I don't DC against them but I don't enjoy playing against them either. The only good thing about them is that they're still fairly weak.

Why do people dont want to spend 20 minutes alternating between mending and fixing a gen at decreased speed with Thanatophobia? The question answers itself.
Obviusly Survivors are not entitled to a fun and engaging match from the Killer but it goes the other way around too.

It sounds good on paper, but as hits are handled* on The Killer's end, it's not always easy to dodge hits you never see. He swings and misses on your screen, but he hits on his, and thus the hit prevails.

Legion should be renamed to Thana. They're SO boring to go against. It's the same build over and over again 😴

mending + most tend to stack slowdowns, makes the match a very boring slog.
chases are also pretty uninteresting because theyre a pure m1 killer after the first garunteed hit.
