so what to we do against blight or nurse now
these changes just made blight an nurse stronger you get hit your going down the cool down time between attacks has been decreased an blight an nurse still have there absolutely busted add ons what exactly are we supposed to do against them now or will they finally get the changes they need ? also some of these changes made solo queue more of a hell why play solo queue anymore it’s a major disadvantage i was hoping for at-least something an the patch notes about solo queue changes but now i see no reason but to play an a swf

I want they put two mode one with swf and one without so just the solo player, mean more fast for find a game and for the killer they can choose with playing in challenge or not

If DH was saving you from a Blight or Nurse, you weren't playing a very good Blight or Nurse to begin with, and are probably equally not very good at the game - as they're two killers who don't really care about it in the grand scheme of a match.

With the upcoming changes, I wouldn't mind making Nurse's post-Blink Attacks Special Attacks.
Blight however won't be afflicted by the cooldown buff, his Lethal Rush is a Special Attack

Hopefully another change could be in next chapter or mid chapter.
If this patch addresses new serious problems, they will be fixed eventually like old Hex: Undying.
Maybe devs couldn't handle further problems as this new update seems huge like last year's October patch.

DH is admittedly the only counter to nurse. Blight is fine.
Also no matter how good a nurse u are a well timed DH will give invincibility frames, so ur argument makes no sense

Since i m playing just Solo-que survivors not goona lie, maybe i ll stop playing survivors. Now with meta perks the games can be still frustrating playing solo and with all nerfs I dont know how everything ll works. Perhaps it wont be worth playing solo anymore, i dont know. 5 seconds endurange against Nurse with range adons wont do much perhaps, etc etc. Anticamping and antitunneling neft seems like joke to me, we ll see after changes.
Maybe playing solo ll be very unfun, anyway good luck.

Who said anything about saving? Being able to extend a chase by 15-20 seconds is something that current DH is able to reliably do against both Nurse and Blight and actually is a big deal in the grand scheme of a match.

The best counter is a line of sight and unpredictability.
Don't run in pure straight lines and dip in and out of cover and if there's no cover doing simple yo-yo's is sometimes enough to make her screw her blinks up.

I play nurse too, don’t lie to these people lol u gotta run far and fast and with things behind u to slightly delay her perception of where u are. But with good game sense the nurse always find u and in no time

new dh against nurse and blight literally functions as a third health state against them now. The cooldown reduction also only applies to m1’s, so it wont affect a nurse in fatigue or a blight rush

i can nearly always guess where survs are if I am chasing them and lose line of sight. And if my guess is wrong Ill just blink through. If I dont see scratch marks they stayed so I search, if I see them I follow.

Well with nurse, learn how to force her to play prediction based instead of reaction. Do this and you can cause that 0.01% of nurse players regret being born. Thats what i do.

It's 2022 nothing is hard about Nurse anymore just use her busted add-ons and 4 gen slowdown for a guaranteed 4ks every game.
But somehow they still find a way to not 4k and have bad games so they must think that Nurse is fine and balanced which is simply not true,she's broken in the right hands and if you know what you're doing.
It's just a skill issue tbh and these Nurse mains are just bad at the game,I am sure that even myself an Oni main could do better

Dead Hard was created specifically to counter Nurse being able to avoid all chase mechanics.

What that excuse survivors like to use justify swf not needing to be looked into or touched, that's right "you'll rarely go against a swf of that skill level, so just take the L and move on". Same applies here, you'll rarely go against a high skilled nurse or blight so when you do just take the Land move on. :)

Just going to make this clear, cause it seems no one realizes this. The new Dead Hard is stronger than the current Dead Hard against killers like Nurse, Spirit, Blight, etc. The entire reason Dead Hard was good against the high-tier killers was its ability to bypass an attack, not the dash they’d catch up with in a few seconds anyways. Guess what? Said protection duration has doubled. 0.5s of immunity has become 1s of Endurance.
The sole and exclusive meaningful difference is that Dead Hard is no longer busted against weaker killers due to the currently uncounterable dash (unless you are one of the few killers on the roster that can).

Am I lost or do blight and nurse not gain anything from this change because both blink and lethal rush attacks have special longer animations by default after hitting someone. Or am I wrong?

Nurse was the first unoriginal killer released in 2016 right after I started playing. Through that whole year, Nurse was quite literally unstoppable. Then they released Huntress in late 2017 which brought David and Dead Hard. Dead Hard is a direct counter to Nurse's astounding anti-everything mechanic.
In 2019 we finally got dedicated servers, which completely obliterated the use of DH because of server issues. Not but last year did they finally increase the server tick to adjust for this. Now DH is OP. Used to, you would just DH onto the floor.

the skill ceiling for nurse is indeed high, but dont come here and say u cant find an unpredictable surv just by blinking one more time. They can go to anyplace that can obstruct ur view and one blink later u counter that.

The cooldown time between attacks and pallet breaking time makes absolutely NO difference for the Nurse. She usually only hits you after blinking, which means her FATIGUE and RECHARGE RATE are the things that matter, not her weapon swipe animation. For Blight, it will make a difference when he uses M1, but not when he hits you with his power.

To be fair he is correct on this. You can quite easily avoid the first blink but the second blink just negates any mindgames you do against her. Heck you can throw a third blink in there now if you want.

sure. I stream on twitch sometimes, usually when I play on pc, u can always check me out as well. Im brazilian tho so I stream in my native tongue.
(I cut the survs names for obvious reasons) But as u can see even unpredictability can be fixed with a single blink

Ok done. She's not as hard as people make her to be and her add-ons should have been nerfed already, and even more now that survivors will make even less distance she to the reduced sprint time
