the new prestige system
I know it's not out yet but I want to know but i have a question. let's say my hillbilly is at LV 40 and has not been prestige, and his 3 teachable perks have been unlocked, and I got his 3 perks for all my killers. when this new prestige system comes out, does it revert to level 1 of those perks from all my killers since hillbilly isn't at lv 50?
also, what about the perks in the shrine of secrets, when the new prestige system comes, will it just be level one of that perk?

IMO:
- You keep the level of perks you allready got. No resets.
- Your teacheble perks will be considered as generic (until you own thr character who owns these perks) so you will have to level up them individualy on each character.

No, you haven't prestiged anybody, so there should be no reason to think you would.

The outfits gonna be at prestige 4, 5 and 6 *instead of 1, 2 and 3. So the answer is yes.
It's in the patch notes.
