    Yes but i would avoid pre-build pc if you cannot know the component manufacturer.

    Generic Motherboad and GPU usually are of bad quality.

    Either buy component parts and build it yourself or buy component parts on a website that provide a build service.

    It is really not hard to build a pc and you can check many youtube videos to learn it in case you have some doubts.
