It's weird that the killer who is least likely to open lockers gets a perk for opening lockers, and who's one of the three killers who spends the most time undetectable has two terror-radius-dependent perks.

Have you seen Doctor's perks? Especially M&M. Or Blight before the Blood Favor buff

Leatherface has two basic attack only perks. Leatherface, the chainsaw killer. Plague used to have the same problem with corrupt purge not triggering Infectious Fright, until devs realised that's dumb.
