It's her teleporting it breaks hit detection because she can hit even the animation is full complete making hits seem like their out of no where which means you can go down over a window or pallet EVEN dropping the pallet and some how not get a hit or better yet you hit the drop pallet button but it fails because she hit you without even showing up yet. Which makes Nurse have the worst hit detection in the game. Yeah I added Huntress to this because her Hatch's are super broken hitting through walls I was on the other side of a wall and it hit me and no it wasn't hacking.

Survivors see the Nurse landing before she does. The through-pallet hit isn't limited to Nurse (Besides it's usually a bad idea to pallet-stun a Nurse.)

The reason is latency. If you were to look at the killer's screen you would likely see them go into their chain blink phase and then hit immediately after they're done traveling through their blink. Since the survivor isn't right next to the killer physically that means that the survivor is going to see a delayed hit that ends up merging animations together and it looks bad this is a technical problem that as we get more technically advanced with our gaming is going to be a bigger and bigger problem.
