The rest of the patch seems pretty good. Off the Record os the only thing that would break the game tbh and I doubt it they would release it as it is.

Not really. Do u know how many Killers exist? And how some of them would exploit the 400%? Cause I played a 3 gen with Clown (yes clown) and it was indeed too strong. I dont even main clown btw

OTR is fine, dont tunnel and you'll never have to deal with it

If you have ever played killer you know that a kicked gen doesn't even stays regressing for more than 30 seconds most of the time. If survivors really want to get a strategic gen done, they will tap it and start working on it as soon as you start chasing another survivor. If the gen stays regressing for more than 30 seconds it normally means that either the survivors gave up on that gen or the killer has managed to keep really good pressure. On both cases, the killer should get rewarded for it.

That's mostly on the survivors for getting into a 3 gen. They have plenty of ways to avoid it.
In the past 3 - 4 survivors could easily win the 3 gen. Maybe now killers will have a way to deal with it. With 2 survivors a 3 grn has always been a losing situation for survivors so nothing will really change there.

Overcharged has the bad design aspect that it is way stronger against Solos than SWFs.
SWF? Just tell them where the Gen is.
Solo? Yeah, you have to hope that they know it or stumble upon it.

Yes that is mostly on them, that is true. However, if I set my mind to patrol a 3 gen from the start what is their game plan then? specially if I play nurse or spirit

Honestly, I play both. The change to Overcharge doesn't bother me in the least. If they want to camp the gen for 30 seconds so it regresses then I will work on a different one.

Should not activate in the end game, and possibly deactivate after a full heal by another survivor. Same reason DS doesn't work in the end game anymore, doesn't make sense OTR would.

I wasn't replying to you though. But I will now. In your case, it means survivors will have to pay attention more to the gens getting done to prevent themselves from getting into a 3 gen situation. 3 gens is not impossible to win- but it is rather difficult. That was the point. The game tends to be rather survivor sided in a lot of things, so they wanted to give killers an edge against things like swfs.

If you patrol a 3 gen you'll likely leave all 4 survivors alive which tilts the 3 gen situation heavily in their favor because it's a war of attrition. Spirit can be dealt with in that situation. Nurse is all around busted and needs a rework.

And sure swf is very sweaty believe me, i play mostly GF, so I know how hard it is. however most of the player base is casual meaning u cant butcher soloq because of swf.

As a killer main who patrols end game and I've had matches where the killer camps hard end game, the survivors should have counters to end game camping. So no, it should not deactivate. You shouldn't be guaranteed a kill end game

I agree, this would give OtR an edge over DS, while DS would apply to grabs while OtR wouldn't. Two different tools for different scenarios.
It should however deactivate upon recovering a health state, regardless of how you do that. As it is, if you can recover a health state first, either via other survivors, Second Wind or Inner Healing, then you can tank 3 direct hits with OtR and DH, those 3 hits can then grant you a fourth via MoM. FIVE health states is insane. If it deactivated upon recovering a health state, you'd be limited to three health states.

I may not have expressed myself clear enough. What I meant is u herd the survs into the 3 gen getting downs as usual playing regularly but maintaining pressure on ur intended 3gen. Also, spirit with stridor is back bro no iron will to counter shes not as easy to deal with anymore.
Nurses’ basekit is fine imo, but her addons need rework, I should not be able to teleport across the map or recover as fast with her addons

Off The Record is fine, don't tunnel and it won't activate. Besides, it disabled whenever you progress the game. Overcharge is the real problem here.

In any game with half-decent survivors, they will ONLY use OtR to bodyblock, just as BT is only used now to bodyblock. This significant increases the chances of those survivors also running DH and the now broken MoM for the sweet 5 hit deny combo.

That's still pretty rare. I think survivors will adapt and start working to prevent 3 gens. If not they kinda deserve to have to deal with it imo. Just like when a killer let's them spilt the gens by a large distance.

rare? The life of a m1 killer at high mmr is basically that, bro. Also, u assume they have a choice. Like im the killer I can push them in any direction I want, mindgames work not only for hits and downs but for map rotation as well

Just a quick psa, u cant use the endurance status effect while in the deep wound status. So its either OtR OR DH, not both, at least until u mend first.

Nope, just tested in the PTB. Other endurance effects seem to follow this rule, but DH always works when used, even if already in deepwound. MoM also seems to always work too, because it doesn't relate to deepwound at all.

Survivors have plenty of other resources besides 80 seconds of endurance in the end game. They shouldn't be guaranteed a free escape because of a perk either. Again, I point to new DS deactivating end game. Doesn't seem to follow suit that OTR does.

That must be a bug. U should report it. Cause every other instance of endurance does follow that rule. DH shouldn’t, no, can’t be different.
And yes MoM is not endurance related, it just ignores an instance where ud be put in the dying state.

OTR is fine, it's anti tunnel perk and 80 seconds doing nothing is worth for killer. Less than 24 hours and already complain?

I mean yeah, it is whataboutism I just responded to an absurd claim with one of my own.
Both of these perks are leagues better compared to the standard that perks are being brought to.
OTR just replaces DS hell it would even replace current DS. Not only does its Anti Tunneling effects last longer, but it can be used much more offensively as well by protecting a teammate.
Overcharge just has its numbers overtuned, I have a feeling they made this version of Overcharge before they planned the other changes they made to gens, stack it with Call of Brine and this becomes a slight nuisance to SWF, and a real pain in the ass to Solo Q. Dont think I need to explain why.

You could give killer mains a perk that regresses a gen back to 0 by just looking at it and they would say "it's fine" or "look at what survivors have". Please play both roles and gain some objectivity. Yes, you can tap the gen but every strong killer will proxy camp that gen if it was like 99 and is crucial, and then just kick it again if needed, not to mention the information you gain from the skillcheck (if possibly missed, which can happen when the killer is around but you need to desperately save the gen). with 400% it's even worth just waiting for the regression...
Overcharge needs a tone down or at least a cooldown. There is no need for perks like CoB anymore. Not to mention the new Thana or Jolt which are strong perks now as well.

Uhhu... you know people with OTR will come to take bodyblock hits + dead hard + mettle of man ..Of course im going to tunnel the person off the hook. First thing im going to do is to hit the person who just got off... Otherwise this perk is busted beyond limits with the other stackable endurance effecf skills.
