Devs, how is it possible with Overcharge + Brine it takes so long to reverse a generator less than..
to repair it?
I have seen on twitter a test, the following:
Source:
- Generator at 99%, kicks the generator with (Overcharge + Brine) takes 1 minute 23 seconds to reverse
- Generator at 99%, kicks the generator with only (Overcharge) it takes 1 minute 38 seconds to reverse
Is this possible, while repairing a generator takes 90 seconds?

I dont get whats the bug. Overcharge builds up to 400% then 100% from Crine for 1.25 charges per second lost when at full regression but then Crine wears off back to the 400% regression.

Overcharge starts on 100% to 400% in 30 seconds and brine its 200%. Is 100% considered to be 1.25 charge per second? Overload does the regression state disappear when reaching 400%?

If we consider overcharge takes 1 charge/second to 4 charges/second over 30 seconds (100% to 400%), it's impossible gen takes 1:38 seconds to regress... So description is wrong, or there is a bug. Or am I wrong?...

Yeah I know, so effectively when you kick a gen it starts at 200% then overcharge goes from 100%-400$ so its basically 200% to 500% regression.

- 100% is considered 0.25 charges/s, right?
so...
- 400% is considered 1 charges/s?
When overcharge starts at 100%, it starts with the regression of 0.25 charges/s, 200% (0.5 charges/s), 300% (0.75 charges/s) and when it reaches 400% after 30s (1 charges/s) this is right?
I've been playing for a long time but I misunderstood the % wrong, I understand! Thank you!

If both effects are stackeable, so it would be 300% to 600%, that makes impossible that a gen regresses on 83 seconds as shown on the video... something is happening here.

No It makes sense cause Call of Brine is only active for 60 seconds after you kick a gen, and since overcharge needs 30 seconds to fully power up theres 30 seconds of 1.25 charges per second which is 37.5 charges in 30 seconds for the 500% regression, then after that its back to the 1 charge which would take 60 seconds but remember that overcharge needed 30 seconds to ramp up to 400% so it was like 300% after like 12 seconds after kicking the gen with overcharge + Call of Brine.
Just did the quick math and every 10 seconds after the gens kicked with Overcharge is an extra 100% regression. So it before the full 500% is there it would go 200% at first kick, 300% at 10 seconds after kick, 400% at 20 seconds after kick, then finally 500% at 30 seconds after kick. Then it peaks for 30 seconds before going down to 400%.

Regression speed isn't 1 charge / second tho... 100% regression speed is 0.25 charges / second.
Base regression speed: 40 seconds of regression to take away 10 seconds of survivor progress. (Even less if more than one person works on the gen)

if you take definite integral from 30 to 1 of the function y = 0.025x+0.25.
Using rules of integration, you will get a function equal to x/40+1/4
Taking bounds from 30-1. you can also do 31-1, depends if this works 1 second or at 0 seconds(for overcharge). you will get a number equal to 18.4875.
the generator should regress by 18.4875 seconds in 30 seconds. the remainder duration that it should take is 71 seconds. so in total. a generator from 0-99 should take 101 seconds to regress.
the overcharge is correct, since killer get 2.5% base total regression on generators, -2 seconds. so 1:40-2 = 1:38.
The call of brine+overcharge looks bugged.
call of brine regress 30% of generator within 60 seconds, so it should take -27 seconds off total regression.
1:38-27 = 1:11, not 1:23
