Buff Solo Q
I don't think I need to explain what the problem with Solo Q is.
So many things that are easy to do as a SWF are a nightmare to pull of as Solo Q
Just the simple fact that you don't know who is in chase if they are not the obession is so annoying.
In the next patch, they need to give some buffs to the Solo Q experience.

No buffs for solo survivors this year.
BHVR will keep ignore solo-q survivors i guess. At this point, i am thinking they just don't care about solo survivors.

Only people who care about Solo Q are other solo q players. SWF is having too much fun to care, killers are celebrating nerfs that mostly affect solo q players and the devs forget about solo q every patch.

I mean they aren't even bothering with the promised UI status update for the next 12 months that looks like it would be by the far easiest to code since every action that would need to be displayed is already being tracked by the game. Boggles the mind, but I guess SWFs and Killers spend more money on the game so they are a priority? No clue and no hope.

I want soloQ to get buffs but I've become convinced the UI changes won't solve anything. With how many kids openly profess to DCing, giving up and suiciding on hook it appears that so many SoloQ players have just been naturally sorted to the bottom, and they probably belong there.

I'm doing last ditch effort to get Rank 1 Survivor, and have 11 days left. And I'm gathering statistics about SoloQ, will post results in the end of DbD month. Spoiler alert: results are very grim for survivors :)

One easy thing to change would be to give non-obsession survivors some sort of lighter grey claws which move while being chased. Can even use the same animation as for the obsession. It'd help a lot.

They can't fix bad players. Solo queues biggest problem are people that don't want to improve and instantly disconnect/suicide when they face a killer/map/whatever they don't like.
Giving them more information won't solve this.
Take Kindred and watch how your teammates continue on gens, despite the killer chasing someone at the other end of the map or how they run towards a basement bubba whose aura vanished in the basement.

Solo Q itself isn't the problem,it's terrible matchmaking/awful players.

Well when I play solo survivor is already hard.
I guess I will never play survivor again if they do not do something.
I played on ptb and many games I was miserable as a survivor.
When I tried Thanatophobia Legion,team managed to do 1 gen after they started giving up.
What's the fun on this? I just wanna play,I dont want to be left on hook,or to have my team give up.
Same as a killer.I don't need 2 rage quit after 1 and a half gen are done.
Is truly sad.

i said many times that kidnred should be base kit for solo q players (shouldnt waste a perk slot for it) if there are 4 solos kindred should be base but devs think is too strong when literally having 0 information is what creates this unbalance between solos and SWF, SWF got this since 2016 6 years later devs seem to not understand why good survivors refuse to play solo and prefer to stack with other good players. thats how it works, the unbalance in skill is another problem of course u play solo the possibility to play with a baby dweet with 30 hs is very high even with high mmr.

The other two most popular killer excuses when they try to play down soloQ issues:
- "It's not due to balance, it's due to bad survivors" - I see just as many bad killers in soloQ, but they usually still dominate in soloQ. Or does anyone really think there are no bad killers, only bad survivors? And when killers lose to SWF, it's not because killers are bad of course...
- "It's not due to balance, it's due to bad matchmaking" - yeah sure, again, when they get destroyed by SWF, it's not because of "bad matchmaking", it's because SWF is UnFaiR
