i think this man has some issues or he just isnt good at english and doesnt know what hes saying

Uh... they can.
Survivors can camp a pallet, or camp for a save.
I assume by "camp with flashlight" meant a survivor just sitting there or hovering around for a flashlight save, sometimes despite being seen already.

Getting salty when you win is a pretty ugly look, and sure the term 'camping' when applied to survivors is surely a bit of a nonsequitur.
However, there are situations similar.
For example, locker-flashlight saves: If a survivor you're chasing jumps into a locker, and you grab them out of it, if another survivor is hiding nearby ready with a flashlight, they can guarantee a flashlight save and there's nothing you can do about it because you're locked in the animation of pulling the survivor out of the locker.
Not saying that's what you did, but that could feasibly be called 'camping' in a sense.

When a survivor with a flashlight stops being mobile and decides to park in a spot, setting up for the save, your camping. Light up the s’mores! Also, How is that any different then Killer standing still near hook? Wait, we’re you actually slightly moving from spot to spot, then your proxy-camping lol.

Yeah, that was my thought. When I hear 'camp with flashlight', I assume one of those annoying survivors that follows the chased survivor around instead of doing gens and then immediately gets found out because the killer heard someone tromping around after them for most of the chase.

well i wasnt going for flashlight saves just coincidentally they died near the gen i was on and he looked at me while picking up so i guess i also wasnt proxy camping
