Huntress was always one of the most popular killers in DBD nothing changed she's still in the top 3 most played killers right now.
so yes people play Huntress in every MMR bracket that's why she's so common,unlike Twins where you only see them at high MMR.

This. Also Huntress has a pretty good design and lore. Hearing her lullaby for the first time was so eerie yet cool.
