Oni and his perma power?

Is it just me or is Oni players in perma power the now??? Hardly anyone injured and they be popping power every 2 seconds? Just me?

  Onis blood orb gain is currently bugged.

  He's getting waay more blood orbs from survivor than he's supposed to.
