WHEN are we getting a new KILLER skin with Amazon Prime? 6 months has passed
The last killer reward was the Blight skin, released in January! 6 months ago, after that, we got Meg/Dwight/Haddie/Jake/Rainbow Charm and another reward that I can't even remember what it is...
Why can't you just release a survivor reward in a month and in the next month a killer reward? Why is so hard to think about the obvious?

Next one is for Jeff i guess. So maybe after Jeff, i don't know. I am just guessing btw, i have not any official information.

Hopefully never.
Prime skins were never a good idea imo

Being locked out of skins unless you want to sign up and pay for an entirely unrelated service is kind of #########.
They could at least put them in the Store for people to purchase normally.

oh sure, another survivor skin lol...

DbD is not only one game who is doing that. So what is wrong with that? Amazon is paying for these cosmetics for getting more customers. They are doing this for most of online games.
If you did not interested, you don't have to use Prime.

prob they will never come back, every game that has amazon prime skins never returned

Devs said that they dont want more exclusive skins when talking about the new prestige reward, but for exclusive skins that they get money from they get mute

We've had an even split so far with Haddie as the first one to unbalance the numbers, so I wouldn't be that mad about it myself.
Ideally the next skin is for a killer to keep the split even, but also, it's not really that big of a deal if not. They're free, after all, you're not giving anything in exchange for them other than the time it takes to copy the code.

Well business is business. And never trust companies.
I am not defending BHVR here, don't get me wrong. But Amazon is giving exc content for most of online games, DbD is not only one.
I was already using Amazon before DbD cosmetics, so they are kinda free for me.

They're not free if you need to pay for an unrelated outside service to acquire them.

It's not free for people who do not use Prime, and indeed it's not even available to people who do not use Prime. What makes no sense is chalking off people criticizing the exclusivity deal with "ITS FREE SKINS" when it quite clearly is not, in fact, "FREE SKINS" at all.

you can literally buy prime skin codes for a few cents on market platforms

...and to players who don't want to have to register an account and pay for a service they're not going to use?
Or to players who live in locales who don't have the option to use Prime whatsoever?
I don't see the issue with just putting the skins in the Store as normal, while allowing Prime members to obtain them for free.

Hey!
a Jeff skin is not just another survivor skin.
how dare you?
2 -
I literally said it wasn't about the money, but go off.
My suggestion has no downside at all to either party. I don't see why you feel the need to argue against it.
You get your free skins, and I have the ability to purchase them in the Store if I really want them.
I have no interest in managing an account (nor paying) for a service that I'm not going to use at all, all for the sake of getting one slightly cheaper skin per month for characters I likely don't even play.

"Free" skins that I have to pay for an unrelated subscription that I will never use to acquire never were a good idea, yes
1 -
Just because more games do that doesn't mean Its always allright or good.
Look a bit into the past for example: Lootboxes. Shall I say more?
2 -
Especially since it's obvious bhvr took skins they were going to put in the store and put them behind prime instead. In the case of artist and haddie, they put skins that were supposed to come with them in the store at launch behind prime.

People have Amazon Prime for something else than a skin in a game, usually.

I thought the next one was going to be Dredge recolors? Did they actually confirm Jeff's was coming this month?

Wait, so people are annoyed because they can't / won't get skins that others get Thanks to their subscription? I mean there is envy and then there is envy.

We did get two Artist skins as well, but yeah it'd be nice for some variety. The deal with Amazon would be purely to encourage more people to join Prime, and I imagine from Amazon's point of view they'd want skins that more people will buy and I'm guessing survivor skins might be a bigger draw than killer. Otherwise Amazon would be asking for more of the latter

Mine's from audible. I get 2 books a month incredibly cheaply and prime rewards as a complete bonus.

btw, the Artist skin wasn't even epic quality, lol
