I hope matchmaking incentives are bugged

Logic says that if my que times as killer are instant that there are less killers then survivors. The same being true that survivor que times being long means that there is a shortage of killers. So why am I being incentivized to play survivor? Can anyone give an answer to this?

    It's possible it's bugged and not flipping to killer, it's possible the incentive is based worldwide rather than in specific regions, it's also possible the matchmaker itself is bugged somehow and just taking longer to put survivors in a lobby. It's also possible that nothing is wrong. We really won't know unless the devs say something.
