Shared perks after update
Did any of you guys faced this weird problem too? Most of my characters, even tho they were P3 before, didn't give the tier 3 versions of their perks to the other characters. For example, you can see that even tho Jane is P9LV50 now, her teachables became tier 1 only, somehow. Do I need to prestige them two more times?

You shouldnt need to prestige her, my characters who are over P3 all have the rank3 versions (or so I believe, didnt check everyone) I suppose theyll fix this because it looks like a bug.

That's strange, no all of mine worked as intended. Maybe try prestiging to reset it?

Is this like just visual or do other characters only have the t1s too?

I've checked twice, not just a visual bug. I think I'll submit a support ticket since it seems it's not a normal thing to happen.

Whoa! That's a bug or something. It's sad to see that's even happening to anyone. No you should have tier 3 perks unlocked.
