If the Devs wish us to use less META perks ......well.
Get rid of the perks from Laurie, and back to the first players. Ta da! I don't think these changes will make people use other not so meta perks, either make them better, stop people using the first meta perks or well perks with each new char seem worse.

There is no "use less meta perks". There is only changing the meta. There will always be a meta. In every game, ever. Meta's change, but people will always use meta.

My point. Sorry if i jabba jabberd. No matter if meta gets nerfed, buffed up and down. People are not using these new perks, sometimes its like enough is enough and then get crappy perks or perks that is like another.
