Why AoT?
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the anime. It's one of my favorites. I'm just curious if anyone knows how this came to pass. Dbd and AoT don't seem related in any way.

i'm guessing the surveys that bhvr put out was a part of the decision, a lot of people probably wanted some kind of anime collaboration and aot is a very popular one. maybe they're sort of testing the waters with this to see if future collaborations will be successful

AoT is something I saw maybe 5 minutes of while flipping through channels on the TV I don't know how many years ago. It didn't interest me at all. When I saw it was going to be a thing in dbd I scratched my head too and wondered why.

I mean, its strange and they aren't supposed to be the characters, but rather cosplaying them, but for the most part I'm totally digging it! Too sad that the whole set would cost me about as much as all other DLC together (when a sale right now is going on). But dayum, Yui as Mikasa is soooo cool.

I agree. I'm totally psyched for the Armor Titan Oni and I'm about to switch my main to Ace so I can run around as Kenny.

I am happy for AoT skins, i bought Kate and Zarina skins, they both are fire.
Full Metal is great series, i would gladly buy some skins. Death Note, Tokyo Ghoul, Berserk, Hellsing and Castlevania also would be great cosmetic collections. I hope we can get more collections in future.

I like the collab. I don't think anyone was honestly expecting it to be announced for the anniversary stream.

Right...I despise Ace with every ounce of my being....I don't know why but I hate him, I think it's the smug look on his face....buty emotions are conflicted with that skin

I've never watched it and have no plans to, but I bought Zarina's cosmetic because it looks pretty cool (as an aside, she blends in perfectly on the Red Forest maps). Even if AOT and DBD arent similar in the slightest, a bit of fun doesn't hurt. I hope we get more weird collabs.

These anime skins are already in game. And looks like they sold very well, so i'd expect more anime series in DbD. I am not saying you have to love it but you have to accept DbD's future with animes.

Personally I wasn't too hyped for AoT skins, I only saw s1 and thought it was a bit too predictable. However, I'm glad that they're in the game now. This opens the door to more potential anime style skins.
Hopefully we see some Monster, Akira, Love Hina, Hellsing, Beserk, etc. in the future!
