Demogorgon doesn't share perks?

Sorry if this was already answered but I can't see any topic about this.

I have Demo on prestige 10 but his perks at tier 3 are not shared with the rest of the killers.

Is this a bug?

    I noticed only a few of my killers have his perks and some don't have it at all.

    Wanted to try a surge doctor/trapper and they don't have it whereas my Nurse has it. :(

    It's a little confusing because for those that have the ST DLC the perks are still labeled as being associated with the characters. But if you look at the info page for the characters there are no associated perks.

    All of the perks that came from ST characters can be found in the bloodwebs like any other generic perk. The reason some of your killers have the Demogorgon perks at tier 3 is because they already had them before the update.

    Yeah its quite confusing. After all, if you look at Jolt it still says "Demogorgon's Perk"...

    Also if you had unlocked them as teachables pre patch you will still get them at level 1 on all characters regardless of prestige tier
